Absolument satisfaite de mon séjour en famille dans cet appartement parfaitement fonctionnel et adapté aux groupes . 3 chambres , 2 salles de bain et en prime une terrasse ou se reposer chaque soir après la plage , en profitant de la vue et de l’air . Ajoutez à cela des propriétaires sympathiques et réactifs , vous avez le séjour idéal ! Proche de tout, de la plage , du change , des bureaux d excursions, des restos , et même d une excellente boulangerie française . La situation de ce logement est idéale ! Nous reviendrons ! El alojamiento estaba bien situado. Las habitaciones eran amplias. Tenía una terraza enorme.

La limpieza se puede mejorar. No había ascensor. El alojamiento estaba en la tercera planta.

We have mixed feelings about the place and staff. Great communication from Fred and Anisha who were attending all questions and uncertainties. Polite responses, that we will not fault. We needed to stay in flic en flac after attending a wedding at another hotel. We stayed a foreign family of 3 (couple and baby of 6months) with a Mauritian couple. Apartment was convenient to go to the beach and supermarket. 10mins walk. Nice looking apartment which can definitely be improved. A nice roof terrace which we didn't use as we has other plans. We camw only for stay.

The negatives unfortunately and too many phone calls made... Blocked bathroom drains, falling off hose in shower, hot and cold water switch, dusty apartments, missing bathmat in shower, too soft beds, broken lamp on one side of room but most of all, unsafe stay (was our item really thrown away or just stolen...?) The AC was very dusty in each room which ended up making all of us coughing for days. There was no AC in the living room, it was very hot there. The shower in one room had the water switched upside down. Not being made aware, we had a cold shower the first night (recommending you to put a sign up for future guests and avoid phone calls) Babycot was requested but was not made up upon arrival. Could not make baby sleep. Staff/security guy only, did not know how to build it up and started sweating in it. We had to call the owner to help mount the cot. Did not end up using it as the mattress was filthy and full with stain. (recommending to get a new one for your next guests) Another phone call made to fix the oven which was not on the right setting. Last point which was very disappointing. Our baby had fever on the departure and we had to leave in a hurry. We forgot an expensive baby bottle in the microwave and called Anisha asap to keep it for us as we were still staying in the area. To our disbelief, she mentioned that the maid had already thrown away the bottle because she thought we had already taken a flight abroad. Throwing away something new? Would it have been the same it it was some medical device or a phone or a laptop? I'm sorry, when foreigners forget things behind, the thing to do is to contact them first before throwing. Also, items can easily be sent by post even if the guests should take the costs... There's something called lost and found in hospitality. Please teach it to your staff. Would i recommend? No not really. You have to make some adjustments and take on some of the recommendations.

Good location - 8 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Jumbo Supermarket only 4 mins walk away. The apartment had modern decor with very comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Good wifi signal. Hot shower - when the gas for the water ran out this was quickly resolved and the security guard bought another gas tank. Anisha was very responsive to our questions. The hot tub was good. Nice apartment roof with sunbeds and seating facilities - however we didn't use these.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Spacious, clean apartment, conveniently located close to bus stops, and beach. All the amenities as listed, great wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked most days. A nice coffee shop and lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarket around the corner where we could buy water, tea, etc. Everything was clean and well maintained including the pool and garden. Anisha is responsive and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back.

Nice flat with a really great rooftop terrace and the jacuzzi was plus. Also the apartment has a very nice view from the kitchen. Everything worked while we were there and the kitchen was equipped very well with everything you need and clean. We also liked that there is a secured parking area. We didn't use the pool but it always looked clean and nice to Us. Anisha was a very nice host who always answered quickly to our messages. Check in and out was uncomplicated and quick. We think this is a great apartment and we will definitely comeback.
