The staff is exceptional and the transfer/taxi service that is provided by the hotel is amazing as well. I would not recommend driving yourself, so we texted the hotel everytime we wanted to go somewhere/go back to the hotel. They replied super fast & the drivers were always ready to take us somewhere.

The property was amazing. The food, the scenery, the service, the drinks all a 100%.

Our stay Nimbus Adkiss was amazing! The room and view was outstanding and the hot tub added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the food at the hotel restaurant was also wonderful. They had the nost wonderful staff who made us feel like home away from home.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the suite was perfect!! It was big, clean, and beautiful. The jacuzzi wan great and the breakfast was delicious. We liked it that we can order the breakfast to the room.

There are no phones in the room you have to communicate via WhatsApp The air conditioning didn’t work and there was no real resolution on the issue. Went to dinner at 9:30 and the waitress forgot to put in my entree so after waiting over an hour and a 1/2 I had to wait another 30 minutes because the cook had left and I was still charged for the meal which honestly I felt should have been comp since I didn’t get to eat until almost midnight and I had to eat in my room. I think the worst thing was at checkout I was told they didn’t take Amex which is the form of payment I planned on using as opposed to the card I booked the room with. So as I’m talking to the receptionist about going to the atm the “manager” decides to run the card on file anyway after I specifically asked them not to & then gone say “ well it went thru” This is unacceptable and should not be allowed. It went thru because I have overdraft protection so for them running that charge it cost me an additional $88 since I didn’t have the funds available. He didn’t even tell me he was doing it until after he did it. NOT COOL!!!

The hotel in general is fantastic, with wonderful views, everything super clean, small but cozy indoor restaurant, there is also an outdoor restaurant which has the most beautiful view of the sea! The food in general is great, fresh ingredients, nice variation, good sizes. The breakfast is one of the best I ever have in my life! What I most loved from the hotel, and is the major reason why I gonna return, is the customer service, the whole team was in every moment very kind and attentive, from the receptionist, the transfer driver, the housekeepers, the servers Ariana, Ricky, Arietta, Ángel, Sofía from the front desk… everyone super friendly! Also we got to meet the manager (a lady) who was very attentive too. I want to make a special mention to my new friend and favorite bartender, Vasilis, who was the star of the show! He gave us a couple welcomed drinks the first night, and then he delighted us with some of his specialties. We shared a great moment with Vasilis, talked about life and work, and we agreed we were bothers from different countries lol To all of you guys, keep doing what you are doing, because is amazing! The location is beautiful with amazing views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. You are a 8 minute car ride from the airport and 15 minute ride to the town. The staff were the friendliest people, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They offered car rental or transfer services from the hotel and were in regular contact with you via a WhatsApp message. The food was delicious and such high quality.

The only downsidecwas as we went towards the end of season the beach bars and clubs next to the hotel meant if you didn't have your own means of transport food options were limited to eating in the hotel. However we used the hotels transfer service which dropped us and picked us up from the town whenever we requested which was arranged via the WhatsApp messaging. The air conditioning unit is not the most effective but for us as we went late season the temperature was not that warm so not really an issue.
