Beautiful location with stunning views and such an amazing outdoor space. The gardens were outstanding beautifully designed and laid out, with plenty of shade and plenty of sun for those who wanted it! The pool, was the perfect place to cool off and take in the awesome vista. Inside the house was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and had air con in all the rooms, plenty of space for clothing, and a great kitchen. The villa is not far away from local tavernas, beaches and walks. A car would be important to stay here and get the most out of the area.

The only slight drawback was the shower room downstairs - this would have been much better upstairs as an en-suite to the main bedroom (instead of a dressing room), but I believe that this is soon to be rectified. The shower over the corner bath was also a little awkward without a wall hanging, but apart from that, the villa was perfect. There are a number of steps that may be a problem for some people.

Beautiful location 15 mins outside the town. Gardens are delightful . And pool Just large enough to be refreshing .

The pictures do not do this villa justice, it is soo beautiful, peaceful and a 10 minute walk from kassiopi

Better air con in the second double bedroom

The views, the pool, plenty of different seating area, cool vibe/styling in the villa.

No air con in one bedroom so moved 9 yo into our room and made a cute bed on the floor. Still can’t fault it we were SO happy there.

The house is situated at the and of nice small town Kassiopi, full of great restaurants, small shops, narrow streets and friendly atmosphere. The house is very nice and cozy. The garden was full of nice smells spices and flowers, crickets sang whole day and we enjoyed total privacy in the garden and by the pool. The view from the pool is just amazing. Very friendly owner of the house, Yiannis, tried to satisfied all our wishes. We absolutely enjoyed the stay and will turn back again.

The villa was lovely- perfect for everything we needed, plenty of space to chill and eat outside and was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Our host Yiannis was brilliant- regularly checking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. He even came out to us at 1am due to a mix up with the keys! Great location, walking distance from the town centre. A perfect holiday- thanks

Everything. The villa is really nice and the gardens and views are absolutely amazing.

Could of done with an ensuite bathroom upstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs but only one bathroom. Microwave would be good.
