Lovely property with great views, Paul was quick to respond with any requests I had and a great support. This is in a great location and close to all the restaurants. Loved my stay and will be going back again next year.

We have visited the Cannes area regularly over the past 40 years, but this was the first time staying in the centre. We were not disappointed. It was lovely not having to hire a car and have all the shops and market so close as well as the beach. The flat is lovely so is Chantal who met us. We knew exactly where the flat was so werd prepared for the busy road outside. The bedrooms are at the back however and very quiet.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Cannes Port. 3 mins walk to old town , 3 mins walk to sandy beach. Great view over Cannes port. Accommodation was spotless, really spacious and very comfortable. The number 210 airport bus drops you 200m from the front door. Check in and out was seamless. Very enjoyable stay. Great value. Lovely apartment with fabulous views over the old port and Cannes, excellent location with the market, beach and restaurants of Le Suquet all within a short walking distance. The apartment is also very well equipped and we found it ideal for 2 couples sharing and would definitely consider booking again for a return visit to beautiful Cannes. Paul, the owner and Chantal in the apartment block were both easy to deal with and most helpful.

We stayed in this gorgeous apartment in October for 6 nights,when you arrive outside the apartment looks nothing special apart from the location,then you step through the big heavy door to the most beautiful French building,up 2 flights of stairs open the door and there is the most amazing view,the apartment is massive as their were only 2 of us we could have used a different bathroom every 2days,the onsuit is huge,the bed very comfy,we had fantastic weather and was on the beach minutes away every day,all in all an excellent place to stay,we will return very soon. This apartment is spacious and very comfortable with fabulous views across the port. It’s in a perfect location for bars, restaurants and beaches and had everything we needed for our stay in Cannes. Would definitively recommend.

We were very impressed with the location (On the best side of town) and the apartment was fantastic and clean. Although the apartment is next to the main road the bedrooms were silent and had air conditioning which was a great relief. Would most definitely stay again!

Apartment definitely has the wow factor! Luxurious but homely as well with all the amenities required. Great location with wonderful views..close to numerous eating places, beaches and the buzz of the old part of Cannes. A very relaxing place to stay...am sure we will return!!

We - two sisters and husbands - stayed in this spacious and comfortable apartment for 8 days and it was in a wonderful location - directly opposite the marina with lovely views of the beautiful yachts. Also very close to the brilliant market. The apartment in very clean and well kept. We had a lovely time - Paul the owner was very helpful giving advice about parking and it was also nice to be greeted and shown around the apartment by Chantal - such a lovely lady! Merci! We have booked this apartment for the last 3 years, during MIPIM week (an expo that is held in March each year). The apartment is very clean and well maintained, with all facilities provided and a lovely view of the Old Port from the living room. The location is perfect, a short walk to the Palais de Festival and the Old Town where there are numerous restaurants and bars. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, Paul Fosh is a pleasure to deal with.

The apartment was excellent: very spacious, clean, and bright. It had everything you need to vacation with kids, few minutes away from the beach, few minutes away from the market and restaurants. We had access to the internet and it worked perfect. I loved to wake up in the morning and enjoy magnificent views over the sea and port (exactly like on the picture). So relaxing!!! My family misses it a lot!!! Cant wait to go back

Love everything about it. it was perfect! Interior was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is walking distance to restaurants/shops and 2 minutes from the beach, and you cannot beat the view! stay here, you will not be dissapointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The property is in excellent condition, clean and very comfortable. The location is first rate; in the middle of a multitude of bars and restaurants, across the road from the marina, and metres from a lovely swimming beach.

Well situated, very comfortable, nice large living room with dining area, well equipped modern kitchen, 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from market and rue meynadier with its lovely shops & top quality food shops of all descriptions – bottom of the suquet hill, 2 minutes from bus station, 10 minutes from station. Best view over harbour, if you’re there during fireworks you’ll have a front seat view – definitely would come back tomorrow if I could!!

The flat is well equipped and in a perfect location – overlooking the old port and only a few minutes walk to the beach in one direction and the old city/shops/bus station in the other. It's also very close to where the boats to the islands go from. We very much enjoyed our week's stay, spending much of our time relaxing in the lovely sitting room watching the boats go by. The flat was spotlessly clean and the meet/greet service is excellent. We have already booked for another week next March.

The flat had a large living room with an excellent view of the Old Port of Cannes. Two good sized double bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom had a much larger bathroom. Both Bedrooms have access to an outdoor sitting area which we mainly used for drying our washing. The kitchen had all the necessities, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Oven and coffee machine. The best feature of the flat is its location. It is close to the bus station, has a car park practically across the road, access to a public sandy beach also a couple of hundred yards away. The towns market is also a short walk away where there a few boulangeries to buy your breakfast. Also the is a local market that runs 6 days a week where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and local produce. Then you can walk along the old port towards the Palais des Festivals and then along the Promenade towards the Croisette. Also just a few yards away to numerous restaurants and cafes. I would recommend this flat highly and I know we as a family will definitely return.

Excellent location close to everything we needed: the old town and Forville Market is up the street as is the taxi stand, bus terminus including the express bus to Nice airport. The quai for boat rides to Ile Lerin and other destinations is a 5 minute walk and the double-decker #8 bus that rides along Croisette stops around the corner (you pay on the bus and it is a very nice ride). The walk to the train station is 15 minutes at most and was not an issue with our luggage in tow. Lots of great restaurants and cafés within a few minutes. The apartment itself is very large by European standards with a spacious living room overlooking the marina. The two bedrooms are on the opposite end of the apartment, so away from any street noise. The apartment has 2.5 bathrooms and the one off the master bedroom is very large with generous counter space. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful counter tops and nice lighting. All the appliances we used worked well and the Wifi was very reliable. Although it is situated right above a cafe, the place closes early so not an issue. After a day out and about, it was great coming back to the apartment to relax and recharge. Would not hesitate staying here again and would recommend it to friends and relatives.
