We stayed with our family for a week and had such an amazing time! Second time renting from this owner. We haven’t had any issues and have loved every minute! You cannot beat the location or price! We love love the private pool! The kids swam all day every day! Thank you for the amazing time! We will be back!

We loved this ranch home with a beautiful heated pool on the canal! Our host Jeff was very accommodating and if something needed fixed he had the proper people lined up to help. We would definitely return to this home as you could walk to all stores and restaurants in Siesta village. So far this place is fairly priced. Nancy

Had a great week in Siesta Key celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. Loved the location, the heated pool was fantastic, house was well stocked, and communication with host was great. Would absolutely return.

What a great beach house! My family of 8 stayed here and had everything we needed to cook a meal and hang out very spacious great screened in porch and the pool is amazing! The location can't be any better! The host was quick to reply.

The3 house was very clean and very well kept. I t was very convenient to walk to any location in the village.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the village for shopping and dining. The street was quiet and the village night life wasn't heard. The house is spacious and the pool is lovely. Good place for a couple puppies.

We loved the area and being able to walk a block to the village. The beaches are a bit farther but walkable as well. The house was much bigger than needed for 2 adults & 2 small dogs but we plan to go back bc we loved the convenience of walking to most everything. Despite being close to the village, it was quiet when we were there in Dec.

Perfect spot Near village. Quiet neighborhood .There was no Outdoor pool furniture so a couple of chairs or lounges would have been nice . Would recommend for couple or families

We really enjoyed this house! It was spacious and comfortable. We spent so much time in the pool every day. We even saw several manatees swimming in the canal. It is in a perfect location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We can't wait to come back in the near future.

When they say it is block from everything they mean it. Great place, great location. Hope to someday get back to siesta beach.

The property is great and is in an awesome location. Had a little trouble checking in but after that it was smooth. You basically will not need a vehicle there! Walking distance to everything you need. Pool is great to cool off after the beach. We enjoyed our stay! The only negative thing I can say is that there weren’t any extra trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels but we were able to get those down at the local market. If you’d like to visit Siesta Key (the prettiest beach IMO) this would be a great place to stay!

House was extremely clean when we arrived. The porch and pool chairs could use a replacement. Plastic chairs were cracked and brittle from wear and sun exposure. Yard in the back could use a good landscaper for dried, broken, dead plants, weeding as well. Super location and I would highly recommend this home. Owner is wonderful and quick to all responses. We loved our stay!! We will be returning!

Traveled with a party of six during our stay at the property. The party of six consisted of teens, recent college grads, and a couple of adults. All of us enjoyed our stay at the house and found that the location cannot be beat when staying at Siesta Key. It is a short walk to the beach, we rented beach gear and a beach cart easy to transport back and forth each day. Fenced in back yard that made it easy to store the beach gear and bike rentals securely. The property is in the heart of the Village area but far enough off the path that noise is not an issue. All of the basic needs at the house was covered from towel to kitchen supplies. The pool was nice to dip into each evening after a long day at the beach and a good way to rejuvenate prior to going out to the Village for dinner and drinks in the evening or dinner and drinks at the house. I would highly recommend a group to stay at this property and I would return for a visit to this property

We love this house . We've been here before and it's as good as we remembered. It's not at all fancy, but the location is perfect and the house has anything you would need. The TV system was updated since our last stay and it was great. The kitchen is well equipped and was stocked with things like coffee filters. Any small issues were addressed promptly by the owner. We highly recommend this property.

This was our fourth time staying at the gem. The home is perfectly placed in Siesta. Obviously we love it as we continue to find our way back. There were two major maintenance issues this trip and while inconvenient, they were both handled as quickly as possible.
