Parking was a problem, no spaces was reserved or allocated,had to wait for spaces to become free which took four hours, was scared to venture off incase got a ticket ,shower was cold, heating was storage heaters that wasn't even hot . Coffee table was rocky on verge of collapsing , windowsill had ants on them,thought we was getting a sea view apartment but when got there we was allocated a basement apartment and could only see a brick wall when looking out the window, rather disappointing .the double beds was not comfy had a dip on the middle so kept rolling to the middle ,pillow was as thin as paper , had plenty of cups plates sbd glasses in kitchen thats the only good as well location.over priced for what it was

Fantastic, comfortable apartment with sea views. Second time we have visited and enjoyed it just as much. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and a good size for a family of four. Staff were friendly on arrival and departure. We've already booked for next year.

The location with a direct view over the North Sea and along the coast to Spurn Point was magnificent.The property was the best managed property I have stayed in over a period of many years.The personal constant management by such a welcoming host is marvellous.Thank you very much and we will return.

Close to all amenities and the beach. We were able to have a well needed relaxing holiday because we had everything we wanted on hand either in the apartment or near to it.
Not having a lift. So, walking up the stairs was difficult for me. Having noisy neighbours and door slamming by them.

Everything from start to finish. The communication with the apartments. The actual apartment . The location. The price . Definitely will be going again
Nothing . We couldn't find any issues with our stay other than seagulls tapping on bedroom window at 05.30 😂

Apartment was comfortable clean with great views would highly recommend very good value for money.

Fabulous view host was easy to contact ,apartment was clean and had everything we needed,
WiFi excellent .
Although clear notices displayed non smoking apparments.
Some people did smoke at the main entrance,
Which was not pleasant to walk through as a family.

Clean and neat, all facilities available, friendly staff
Wash room arrangment. Not having a separate shower room made the wash room messy.

The rooms was big the sofa was comfy and the beds was comfy loved been able to look at the sea walking up on a morning everyone was very polite and friendly

Sea view ,location .Heating system was good .
Carpets in the room could do with up grade ,carpets on the main stairs are filthy ,a good vac would help .Bathroom had no whete to put your toiletries ,shower was just as you walk in bathroom door ,then the sink and right at the bottom of room was the toilet .So after your shower ,the floor stayed wet for a long time ,making it a hazard to use the toilet .No place to hang you clothes or towel either in the bathroom .( walk in shower ) .

Bridlington and robin hood's bay.
Rooms were freezing on arrival. Very noisy banging upstairs Living room ceiling leaked onto dining table like a tap. Water leaked on top of my daughter in bedroom. 650 quid for disgraceful service never ever again.Jamie knows we are good customers as we went 3 times before and don't complain without good cause.

perfect location, beautiful view, and a lift which is good when on top floor. Warm and comfy.

The location was absolutely fantastic with a few short minutes walk to all the local amenities. I loved waking up to the sea view every morning.
Possibly due to being empty for a short while and cold weathers outside but the room was a little cold the first few night. But Jamie the owner was quick to help us with this and brought in extra heaters

The man who owns the place was very helpful, we had an issue with the heating in the first ngt, when I contacted him the second day he was with out in no time an sorted the issue.
Found the property very over priced. We paid 400 an for two nights stay 2 adults 2 children. There was a large sign 45 pou d a night.

Good location for coastal walking and walking to the town. Stone throw from the beach. Good facilities in the apartment.Staff helpful 🤗

We have really enjoyed ourself. The apartment was family friendly amazing space. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset to waves splashing. The staff were very helpful and polite.
We recommend this place to our family and friends. Felt so relaxed. It was so clean. We loved the mood lights

Just love the seeing the beach from here. Was really clean and perfect for us. We really enjoyed being here felt really relax. Easy to get to town.
