Newly remodeled rooms

Nothing was available, NO coffee pot in the room, no nothing, even with the office (which was closed). Sheets were clean. Towels were old and dingy. Sam was really trying to be helpful, we had to move TV did not work. Sam called the owner who was very rude or what seemed to be the other end of the conversation. Sam wanted to bring another chair so we could stay and eat our dinner- he would not let him. The pass code was changedd and Sam was not notified. The area in the new room only had one deskchair (no outlet to work at the desk with a lap top. Not all switches worked, no light for the dressing area. Room was decorated okay someone needs to go back through and do a final check. We should have been notified the complex was in the middle of construction.

The location was good.

I asked for a room down stairs he told me there wasn't any. I asked do you have an elevator? He said no. So i replied "how are we getting upstairs?". He said I dont know. He proceeded to give me the room upstairs. So I said fine cancel it since my wife cannot get upstairs due to her broken leg. Then out of no where he gives me a room down stairs. People were parked in the handicap accessible parking with no placard. So I had to drop off my wife then back in the back. We went out when we came back to sleep i pulled back the blankets and there was hair. Random hairs everywhere in the white sheets. I was upset but it was too late to argue. In the morning I was going to start heading out and the guy comes knocks at the door once and opens the door. That's plain rude what if I was getting dressed? After this incident I would not recommend.
