Hotel Ritz has to strengthen their restaurant services. Once upon a time, Guj Dishes were famous but due to some internal disputes, services deteriorated.

Location was the winner. Breakfast was wholesome and tasty

The location, and the hotel looks good from the outside. That's it. There's nothing else to like.

The dirtiest place I have stayed at, for this price. The first thing is that my booking from Booking.com was denied, so I had to book directly at a higher price. The rooms are a complete mess. Smelled damp and moist. The AC didn't work, and the guy who we called to help just shrugged his shoulders and left. The toilet was dirty, has no faucet (later we were told it has an inbuilt spray). There was a bucket and mug in the toilet that was covered in slime due to days of not cleaning. There were hair in the toilet lying on the floor, which means someone used it before us and there was no cleaning done. There was no hot water in the shower. The wooden cupboard in the room was rotting, the mirror had slipped from the frame. All in all, a cheaper Oyo room is much better than this dirt hole.
