We paid car service to the airport to hotel. We thought it is the car service sending us to airport from the hotel directly, but the driver stopped two more hotels, and waiting for the additional passages for long, it took us more almost 1 hour from the hotel to airport with the google map estimates 10 minutes driving distance. The hotel manager handle the issue immediately after received our complain, and refund the airport transfer cost. The dislike should be corrected to like. See the like part of the comment.

Amazing sunset views, beautiful room and the staff could not have done any more for us. We had a blissful few days here, wish we could've stayed longer.

We were met by Thrasos (Hotel manager) off our transport. He carried our bags to Limestone Hotel. He was a gentleman, very kind and welcoming. The short walk to the hotel was exciting taking in the AMAZING scenery. The excitement when we saw where we were staying, so special and unique. Our room was up one flight of floating white stairs. It looked out over the Caldera. We had our own private hot tub beneath our room and our balcony was epic with breathtaking views. Breakfast was served to our balcony in the mornings with so much delicious food. I would recommend this highly to stay here. Such a beautiful place, pristine boutique hotel and wonderful staff

Limestone, and its manager, Tharsos, were exceptional. He deeply understands customer service. And the property was stunning, as were the views, the rooms, the details and finishes, the food, the service, and the location. Sometimes it's a little hard to gauge things online but Limestone exceeded expectations. Even though there were other parts of the island to visit, you'd have had an outstanding stay in Santorini even if you never left this hotel. We had an incredible time here.

We booked this as our pre-wedding honeymoon (as we had to postpone our wedding due to covid!) and we werent disapointed! We have never been so cared for and looked after by staff, they honestly couldnt do enough for us and went above and beyond. The suite was absolutely beautiful and we felt so lucky and special to stay there. The suite itself was carved into the cliff edge which felt super magical. The hot tub and the views on the balcony were just stunning and the staff brought us breakfast each morning and were so kind and helpful.

Nothing could have been better! We loved our stay and are 100% going to come back to the same hotel!

This place was a fantastic find. First of all the hotel manager Thasros couldn't be more helpful, from meeting us at the taxi and helping with our bags to serving us breakfast every morning on our balcony, he was a gentleman. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main street but far enough away that the crowds aren't looking down over your terrace. We stayed in the honeymoon executive suite which had an amazing private terrace with perfect views of the caldera and a hot tub where we had breakfast every morning. The terrace isn't attached to the room, you need to leave your room and go up a set of stairs but this didn't bother us. Breakfast was great, you selected what you wanted the night before from a menu and chose what time you wanted it and where you wanted it served. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Thasros for a brilliant few days!

The temperature of the hot tub could be warmer, it was too chilly to use in the evenings.

We really loved the staff. They were extremely nice, welcoming, and hospitable. The staff helped carry our luggage to and from the hotel to the car which can be quite the walk and their assistance was very much appreciated. The hotel room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was private and nice. The breakfast was good and always delivered on-time. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

This was a absolut amazing place to stay! Like a dream! The stuff was very nice and helpful. He made our stay super relaxed and we could really enjoy our vacation even if we had lost our luggage (and he fixed so we got it later that night). Beautiful view, peaceful place with no trafic. Next door to Fira city with all shopping streets and resturants. Easy to find the way back home, coz it's next to a church. Comfy bed! A private pool and a great balcony. The breakfast was also amazing! Even if I'm gluten intolerant, they fixed bread and cookies for me! I'm very greatful. If I go back, I wouldn't hassitate about staying there again.

This is listed as a 3 star hotel, but it easily beats every 5 start hotel I've ever been to. Best location in Fira, with a lovely view of the caldera. The hotel cleanliness is perfect and the same goes for the amenities. Great, big room and perfect breakfast. But the best part is the service of Thrasos the owner. Definitely would go again.

Place is incredible. Ideal location for the sunset and protected from the city center night bar/club noise which is very convenient. The conciergerie gives excellent service with close support and high reliability. I recommend this place 100%

Service and hospitality went above and beyond my expectations. I received helpful, friendly and expedient assistance with everything I needed during my trip. The view from the room is stunning and spending the evening in the jacuzzi while sipping on local wine is as close as I've been to paradise on any vacation. The location offers fast, easy access to the city of Fira and other places of note on the island are within easy reach with plenty of options to get there.

I would have appreciated a larger selection of different local wines and beers in the minibar. Thankfully I was able to buy anything I wanted from the nearby supermarket. The first time arriving on foot, the location can be a little bit tricky to find.
