A delightful last minute stay with a lovely evening meal.

Room exceptionally clean, conveniently located on seafront and proximity to car park. Dinner in restaurant was really excellent.

A couple of minor hiccups on arrival relating to parking.

There is no reception or really anybody to talk to unless you want to talk in a restaurant that’s full of people. Its really just a restaurant that has some run down rooms. My heating didn’t work until the morning (when it wasn’t needed) there must be some sort of boiler or storage heater above the room as it was making loud noises all night keeping me awake. the bathroom floor has loose tiles with sharpe edges that cut my toe. all in all a bad stay

lack of info to say that the room was top floor 3 floors up without a lift so luckily we were fit. Few things need attention, no working lock on bathroom door, flickering lights in the dining room two nights running and some staff training as the Second Lady who served us was severely lacking in customer relations skills. she made you feel like an inconvenience such a contrast to the First Lady who served us who was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with lovely sea views. Breakfast was of a very good standard and staff had a wonderful, welcoming attitude.

WiFi signal was unpredictable, as one might expect on the Welsh coast.

Good location for touring the west coast of wales. Breakfast was good value and meals were good. Staff were friendly. Handy for centre of town.

Room was at top of four flights stairs. Stayed 2 nights but did not realise you had to request room to be made up for second day. Car parking in car park opposite hotel is £11.50 per day which I consider expensive.

When leaving we were given a bill for a meal in the restaurant when we had never eaten in there. This did not have our name or signature on,, just a room number. We have been given no explanation of how this could have happened and it left us worried about how easy it is to try to charge the wrong people.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

Excellent meals and breakfasts. If you want to eat in book several weeks in advance, its excellent cuisine makes it very popular. Our bathroon shower was on a 'go slow' but we were told the bathrooms are being refurbished over Winter so glitches like that will be 'sorted'. There are plenty of stairs to climb...a fine opportunity to use a few of the extra calories from the yummy breakfasts!

It was a really good location right by the beach and the staff were always helpful and pleasant. Room had a great view from the window and it was tidy and a nice en suite bathroom. Breakfast was lovely.

Sadly our room was on the top floor up lots of stairs we had to keep going up and down with bags and we had lots of trouble trying to lock the door with the key provided. We gave up in the end and they gave us a different key which sorted the issue. The room being in the roof has a slope over one side of the bed which I hit my head on more than once. It was a shame as we were staying there we couldn't eat in the restaurant as it was fully booked. So we ended up struggling to find somewhere else to eat. My partner noticed the room was a bit dusty in places too

Loved the location and the food was exceptional.

50 steps to my room but it was good exercise and well worth the view !
