It one best breakfast I have ever had

easy parking and efficient check in, nice breakfast

I was on the top floor which is a bit of a hike u the staircase

We was very happy with the room and breakfast. Will definitely stay again .

the room was not fit to have a guest in bathroom was smelly, rusted shower storage unit, cracks in wall, no towel hook behind door, not sure which was shampoo and shower gel, 2 single beds pushed together and not a double bed so might as well have booked a single bed so not very comfortable

Easy to find, beautiful room, well equipped staff were welcoming, friendly and really couldn’t do enough for you.

The staff/management were all exceptional, so friendly, helpful, The room which was the best room that they had (I am a snob,I like the best rooms).was clean, everything that I needed was there in the room .

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was cooked to order. Great menu, lots of choice. Staff very friendly. They allowed us to leave later on departure day due to illness. Perfect location for the Hoe!!

The bed base looked shabby, fixing was undone, the duvet cover was split in the seam. The second floor has a lot of stairs! No fridge or water in the room.

bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was amazing, they catered for gluten free easily.

the shower was barely like warm and no matter how I moved the dial, I couldn’t get a hot shower.

The staff were very friendly.

the room was tiny it was very claustrophobic and the blinds didn’t work properly it also said that’s they had a restaurant but it was open and when I tried to express the concerns they was very rude

Everything was perfect and as expected.

The shower could of done with being a little faster/ powerful. It took ages to get the shampoo out of my hair in the shower.

I ordered dinner a bit late but the receptionist Francis still tried to get me my meal through the hotel and I absolutely liked that. Everyone was hospitable and let me stay in the lounge even after I checked out since I had to sort some things before I moved into my accommodation. I also got to meet the owners Roy and Betty who were really sweet and kind to everyone. Roy is a good conversationalist.

There was nothing to dislike. I wish I could stay for longer and would absolutely visit it when the holidays roll around.
