Comfortable bed. Nice private terrace.

Overly unctuous staff. Nickel and dime for everything (2Euro for a tea bag in the room to brew tea?) out of the way location- we had to drive to anything interesting.

Paid double the cost for tourist tax. So the administration could be better.

In general it was really great stay, but it’s worth to mention: - Calmness and good location nearby the ocean - Quality of service and kindness and helpfulness of hosts - Clean swimming pool with beautiful view on vineyard - Comfortable, clean and big rooms - Helping in finding and booking restaurants on the island

Some minor comments: - The functioning of the food-related additions could be more clear (eg what is in the snack corner, what can be ordered and how in panier-déjeuner, etc) - The tea and coffee to be paid in the room, the SPA-zone entrance to be paid (it wasn’t surprise, since it was clear before booking, but for sure it is something that would improve experience of the stay) - It would be good to provide additional towels for the swimming pool

Nice hotel at the outskirts of Sainte-Marie with a stunning view on the surrounding vineyards. Well equipped rooms. Perfect location to discover the island by bike. Breakfast with lots of bio treats.

Internet is due to be improved but isn’t yet.

Lovely location, rooms are perfect, loved the private terras overlooking the vineyards. Great for exploring the island.

Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful; the hotel was small and very nicely landscaped. Rooms were perfect for a family with slightly older children (younger ones would struggle with the ladder to the attic). Pool was nice, but would probably get crowded easily - we stayed during a quiet week.

The room service was the worst I've seen in a 4star hotel: Shower and toilet not always clean, pyjamas left in a pile next to the bed - couldn't even be bothered to pick it up. The breakfast was poor: Very sweet, lots of dry cakes and jams, but no fresh vegetables and always the same 2 hams and 3 cheeses, with dry baguette or dry maize bread. My husband ordered a coffee, it was tepid, sent it back, the waiter put it in the microwave and served it again...

Location had potential IF they’d had say a nice restaurant with good food and local wines ..... but it didn’t! Nice pool and view over the vineyard

It had opening hours like a village shop Shut when we arrived at 2pm, couldn’t get a drink never mind get into our room Breakfast was minimal and cost €20 each so cycled into town instead No dinner When checking out in the morning it was closed no one around so just left the room and bike keys in the room on the table weird

Would have liked a more lively ambiance in the evening inciting to stay and have a drink. It felt very dead in the evening.
