I liked that there was AC and TV in the rooms. There was also a balcony which was nice

The front desk was not very friendly and not very organized. There were some chairs in front of our room and they were so dirty and had balls of hair on them. Our room was so old and run down. The bathroom could use a remodel, it was dirty and old.

*The door to my room wouldn't lock from the inside, and I was travelling with my 3 children 1 of which is a 2 year old and was always running to open the door. And I'm all about child safety, this is the only thing in the whole hotel that did not meet my standards.

the receptionist from my check.out horrible attitude my check out Friday 11 /25/2022 On 11/27/2022 the check out receptionist was the same from the check in he was disrespectful with me and he was also being disrespectful with one of his co-workers he doesn't have people's skills seems he doesn't likes his job. Has allot of anger issues. I want to come back to the hotel but if that person is still her or not apologize I will never come back

We reserved for 3 rooms, 2 rooms with double king beds and a sofa bed. It was not sofa bed..it was just a regular sofa. :(
