Nos cambiaron a otra habitación más grande porque íbamos con nuestra perrita y había disponibilidad. Fueron muy amables y agradables.
La habitación era cómoda y todo estaba limpio. El hotel tenía un spa con piscina que fue genial para relajarse después de hacer rutas. La comida del restaurante estaba muy buena. En general todo muy bien.

Fue un espacio amplio en donde cupimos cómodamente 8 personas. Tiene muy buena ubicación ya que puedes llegar a varias montañas para esquiar en menos de una hora. Además es accesible y las instalaciones del hotel en general están bien; incluye piscina, gimnasio y restaurante. Sin embargo el apartamento no estaba limpio cuando llegamos. Las cobijas y las camas estaban muy sucias y no hicieron limpieza durante toda la estancia. Tampoco nos proporcionaron papel higiénico ni nos cambiaron las toallas. Además no se nos avisó con anticipación de todas las “reglas” que tienen en las cuales te cobran más al llegar por el uso de instalaciones dentro del apartamento como la cocina.
El primer lugar el servicio, el personal en general fue sumamente descortés, sobre todo las personas que atendían en la recepción. Recibimos amenazas de su parte desde que llegamos sin haber hecho nada, ademas nos ignoraban cuando les hablábamos y nos quisieron cobrar varias cosas de más que cuando hablamos por teléfono nos habían dicho que venían incluidas. Además el apartamento nos estaba del todo limpio cuando llegamos y las cobijas están muy sucias, incluso tenían restos de comida. Por otra parte, no nos ofrecieron ni se nos dio servicio de limpieza en los 6 días que estuvimos ahí.

La habitación era amplia y cabíamos los 8 perfectamente. Había 2 baños separados, cosa que se agradece. El spa no estaba mal y el desayuno bastante completo. La ubicación para ir a esquiar a Font-Romeu es inmejorable.
La cocina se paga a parte y no lo avisan en ningún lado. El balcón está cerrado y hace bastante eco. Hacía mucho calor incluso con la calefacción apagada. Los dos sofás camas no son muy cómodos. Nos regañaron por "hacer ruido" cuando ya sabes que 8 personas solo hablando pueden hacer un poco de ruido.
El personal no fue muy amable.

The hotel first put me in a room of a lower class than booked and paid for. After lots of discussions, they did finally give me another room, which was the only positive aspect of the stay.
Very rude staff. Every guest seemed to be a terrible burden to be got over with. Almost no English, which didn't help either.
The room (I had booked a "Superior room") was tiny, with a worn-out convertible sofa for a bed. The bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. Breakfast was a set of freshly-unpacked supersweet cakes in a crowded room - avoid, if possible. Better still, avoid the hotel in general.

My children loved the swimming pooland saunas. After a day out walking in the mountains and visiting the nearby animal park, the late afternoon in the swimming pool was really enjoyed by my kids.

Room was modern, quiet and clean with an open-area bathroom. Separate toilet. Wonderful mountain views.
Service at reception, the dining room and the bar were all perfect.
Large seating area around the bar with lovely views, ideal for a relax and drink which were sensibly priced.
Adjoining building had a wonderful large warm swimming area with push button water jets, a very substantial jacuzzi and 2 steam rooms. Including changing facilities and open lockers.
We took our evening meal in the popular restaurant, enjoyed good food at a reasonable price, efficient friendly staff, and were sensibly spaced from other guests.
Breakfast offered such a wide range of items: hot food was scrambled eggs and sausages, warm pancakes with a choice of syrups. The cold buffet had plenty of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, various hams, cheeses, enormous choice of cakes / pastries, breads, jams and honey. Good coffee and orange juice. Again the staff were helpful, polite, nothing was too much trouble, and even asked about our plans for the day.
Our shower gel was empty, but soon rectified when I asked at reception.
I would like to suggest a retractable screen over the bathroom window, as from the bedroom area we could see right in, which also meant the bathroom light at night time disturbed the person left sleeping.

Breakfast is too expensive for its quality, Staff is rude. They asked a fee for my dog and tried to make me pay for the double bed.
