Good location as it is a short walk to the marina and 10 mins walk to the town centre. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Free parking is a good feature.

We stayed 6 nights out of one a neighbour was extremely loud and one night the upstairs neighbours kid ran around for hours. Ie, sound insulation is not present so if you’re sensitive to sound like me be ready.

The accommodation was in a good location about a 10 minute walk from the old town. It was exceptionally clean and the continental breakfast choice was good. Decent sized room with a kitchenette that was adequate for a short stay. The swimming pool and sun loungers were a welcome extra after a day exploring La Rochelle. Off street private parking was a bonus.

Only one small opening window and no air con.. Although this was fine for our stay on a hot night it could be an issue. A fan was in the room which would be a necessity in warmer weather.

I didn’t like the way the property was marketed by Booking.com. All the photos show balconies but only when one delves into the small print (which I admittedly failed to do) one reads that not all units have a balcony or terrace. Also we rented a double apartment which turned out to be a studio and was really not much more than a hotel room. There were no armchairs or sofa. There were facilities for food preparation but one would have to eat in the studio/bedroom. I also found one receptionist rude and unhelpful but the other was charming.

The location of the property was excellent. A 15 minute walk into the city.

Really nice helpful staff, super clean and well located between museum and old town. Quite att night.

Rooms were clean and big enough. Beds and bedding were clean and new. Kitchen had necessary ware with microwave and all "mod cons". Staff were very helpful. Generally a really nice place to stay

The Aparthotel is situated close to the university and ten minutes pleasant walk from the old port. The rooms are spacious and include a sitting area and kitchenette with cooking hob and microwave. There is free parking on site, much of it covered.

We think the rooms should have some tea and coffee provided. Also it only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Most hotels tend to have two.

Friendly welcome and helpful reception. Great position to walk to the Exhibition Centre and harbour. Good parking.

We liked the free parking (there is even underground), the heated swimmingpool and the possibility to order your breakfast the evening before. The staff is very nice and you receive already a map of the city

It was a great location and the children loved having a pool. The apartment was well equipped although I would request a balcony or terrace if we went again. The staff were really helpful with directions and information too.

We couldn't check in until 5pm but we were able to use the pool whilst we waited. Also only a small air con unit so did get hot.
