Plutôt bien placé pour visiter les alentours de Vallon Pont d’Arc

Nous avons passer une nuit horrible.. Il faisait plus de 40 degrés & aucune Clim dans le logement, le ventilateur faisait un bruit excessif.. Nous n’avons pratiquement pas fermé l’œil de la nuit, prêt à aller dormir dans notre voiture tellement nous étions comme des loques.. C’est inadmissible.. De plus, les draps étaient sales & remplis de poils.. Vraiment dégoûtant.. Nous n’avons même pas dormi dedans.. Il y avait une dizaines d’araignées également.. Le ménage n’était vraiment pas fait.. Pour ce prix là.. Nous passions 2-3 nuits dans un Formule 1 (qui ne sont pas terrible) & finalement ça aurait été mieux que dans ce logement.. À déconseillé, surtout en été..

Super accueil, résidence très bien placé géographiquement. Très joli endroit quand on aime la nature. Le restaurant à côté est hyper bon

les réducteurs d'eau surtout dans la salle de bains et la chaleur dans la pièce malgré le ventilateur (la clim aurait été mieux)

The young ladies on the staff were friendly, there was one other slightly older lady which was not that friendly. The location was good close to the river with a nice restaurant and a small bar nearby (to be clear, not part of the hotel!).

As mentioned in other reviews, the photos do not match reality. If you select a studio for 2 adults, you get a very cramped sofa bed that is not suitable for sleeping. The 'detail selection' under 'availability' also shows pictures of beds and larger studios, which is fraudulous - I mentioned it and they said 'Yes, that's Booking's fault'. The sofa bed, which you have to assemble and make up yourself, takes up the entire space, making the studio extremely small. You cannot pass through to the terrace. You are expected to clean the space, as we were told upon arrival. We had to give a deposit of EUR 300, even though we stayed for only two nights. Howerver, we received an email stating that cleaning was included since we booked a short stay with the 'comfort package' for an additional fee. To ensure we got our EUR 300 back, we cleaned the place ourselves, which is not something you want to do on vacation. Additionally, you have to schedule an appointment for staff to check the cleanliness before departure, and you cannot check out before 9 AM. This all wastes valuable vacation time and causes unnecessary stress. We also had a significant problem with ants in the studio, coming from under the baseboards, not even through the exterior door. There was a musty smell in the hallway leading to the apartment, which has no windows. The white plastic extension on the faucets did not seem hygienic and is not shown in the photos. The photos in general are truly misleading. It's been two weeks since our stay, so I may have forgotten some points, but starting our vacation this way was very disappointing. Fortunately, we only booked for two nights.

The location was beautiful in the valley right off the river. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had the basics and it was a very quiet and peaceful resort.

Nothing about the property itself just if you follow your GPS it may take you to the wrong spot. it happened to us and when we stopped to get directions we were told that we are not the fist one to ask.
