Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Parken in der Tiefgarage hat nichts gekostet. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Das Hotel is in die Jahre gekommen und leider hellhörig. Unser Comfort Doppelzimmer hatte nur zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten. Der Duschkopf benutzt ein Wasserfilter was den Wasserdruck stark verringert. Das haben wir selbst gelöst, indem wir ihn währen unseren Aufhenthalt abgenommen haben. Die Tiefgarage ist SEHR eng, also Vorsicht ist geboten, besonders für SUVs oder Autos länger als 4,3m

Es gab einen funktionsfähigen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, echt selten. Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und dennoch recht schnell an vielen interessanten Orten.
Das wenig vorhandene Personal wirkte völlig überfordert und meist planlos.

Aufenthaltsraum, Bar, Essenraum sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet war super; die Abendkarte bietet alles was man braucht und ist nicht so teuer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet gewesen. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Tierpark, kostenloser Eintritt, ist grandios. Toller Aufenthalt!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön farblich gestaltet, mit Balkon und Badewanne.
Der nette Gruß für den Tag am Badezimmerspiegel war sehr aufmerksam.
Die Kissen waren schon etwas zu hart.

The location was great!
The room wasn’t the one that we booked,we were told they will change it after two days,but it was not possible as it was all booked.The room was not very clean and it was very old.

unrenovated, old hotel. we have seen Leonardo in Berlin and Amsterdam and it was on another level. at the first sight you can assess that corridor carpets are not from this century, moreover the shower was not hermetic so the bathroom floor was slippery

Cleanliness, breakfast is good. Beds and lining were good. Staff is helpful, parking is available right in front. Receptionists are perfect in attention and manners.
