Le lit est très confortable et l'endroit est très sympa.
Chauffage au sol 👍
Le petit déjeuner et l'hygiène des wc , la chasse d'eau n'avait pas été tirée et poil sous la cuvette 😕.

ascenseur en panne 2 jours sur 3 , pression d'eau tres limite ,pas de tel dans l'appart pour appeler la reception , lavabo plus ou moins bouché ; ménage et changement de linge de bain tous les 3 jours alors que ce n'est pas spécifié sur Booking

C'est nouveau pour moi, une découverte. Parking pratique. Le concept est pas mal.
C'est bien situé, le personnel est disponible et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. J'ai hésité à refaire un passage, est-ce un buffet ou bien juste le petit déjeuner ? ils m'ont demandé mon n° de chambre .. donc je ne suis passé qu'une seule fois.
J'aime le noir pour dormir, et là ... seulement des rideaux ... pas de volets au fenêtres. Je n'ai pas trouvé la climatisation ! en fait ça ne fonctionne pas je pense. A creuser. Une petite bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur serait apprécié.

The apartment was spacious and the place was nice to be in.
It was not clean, toilet not working, and not enough dishes/towels kitchen supplies.

Location was good for what i needed.
The bed for my son was not made and we had to do it ourselves. The breakfast was poor also.

It was a really excellent stay. The staff are super friendly and they offer so much help. The room is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!

This place has changed a lot since coming here several years ago. It’s a bit strange and not really a proper hotel anymore. The room itself is ok (although I had to change rooms as there was a fault with my bathroom) but there are very few normal hotel facilities. No bar for example, and the breakfast was very limited. Also no tea/coffee etc in rooms. It feels more like a university campus dormitory than a hotel.

It was close to transportation and very safe. The building itself is very stylish and comfortable.
There was no option to pay via cash and there was no air conditioning.

The breakfast was good, the location excellent.
We would like towels to be changed at least 2 days, and also ironing in the room, the sliding doors are stiff, the TV in my room was not working.

Amazing decoration, rooms are comfartable and cozy, gym center is also good.
Attitude of the employees : Thay are not very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is really below average, not worth 12€ at all : rotten fruits, uncooked croissants , very few option to choose from, and these options are often out of stock before the end of breakfast time. Cleaning service is every 10 days, otherwise it is charged.

You have to pay for extra towels. Some Front desk staff were grumpy. New manager seemed nice and focused on making it a better place and stay. Lots of potential upside to realize, it could be great.
The heavy concrete, no air conditioning and bugs.
