Good location just a few minutes walk from city center. Nice swimmingpool area. Nice, big and comfortable rooms. Good service. I would come back another time.

Everything was wonderful. The way the hotel was full of contemporary art (from the owner and his friends) and the hotel itself was architecturally a piece of art. The room I booked for 3 people was actually a suite with a huge bathroom, a dining room, a terrace with furniture and a massive bedroom with a huge wardrobe. We had an abundant breakfast outside in the fresh air each morning which made for a lovely start to the day.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

In Spoleto for a wedding, the hotel is perfect to chill and relax! Staff very kind

According to Covid-19 regulations they have stupid rules for serving breakfast. We have seen better system in other hotels in Italy. Unmarked entrance to the underground car park.

Good breakfast. Excellent service at reception and breakfast. Good-sized rooms. The building is beautiful, and the hotel boasts a number of contemporary art features.

Not much! The hotel is at least a 10 minute (slightly) uphill walk to the town centre.
