Absolutely stunning hotel, can’t be beat for beauty or impressiveness. Our room and bathroom were wonderful. Dinner room was also beautiful. Staff were mostly friendly and a little kooky, not as stuffy as in some similar hotels
One thing I found a little disappointing was the lack of vegetarian options for my partner, I think such a delicious and quality restaurant should try a little harder in this department. Breakfast was also quite bread heavy, I wish there had been a few healthier options.

Friendly helpful staff booked a cooking class for us, much cheaper than going thru a trip company. Great breakfast and dinner was fabulous!

The castle and surroundings are beautifull, peacefull and relaxing. The room was very big with spacious bathroom and jacuzzi. The staff very friendly anf the food great.

Accommodations were great. The staff was awesome and helped to book our party for horseback riding and a cooking class. One night we had dinner outside in the court...Perfect!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. The front office staff was phenomenal and helpful.

How often do you get to stay in an 11-12th century castle? beautiful property, comfortable room (even though the bathroom was upstairs next to a loft), giant whirlpool tub, food was delicious, staff very attentive, they took extra measure for COVID (they serve you breakfast from a buffet selection of your choosing). they are in the beautiful countryside, 15 mins drive from Gubbio which we really really enjoyed discovering.

Beautifully located! So many great places around! And sleeping in a castle - goals!
Shower was switching from hot to cold, but staff was SUPER helpful and just handling this the best possible way!

Staff exceptional friendly (We actually would have liked to record the welcome for educational reference in the hospitality business at home...) Very nice and large room, recently renovated. Wonderful surroundings and views. Pool with a view. Very good breakfast. Restaurant was not bad either. Would definitely return.
