Es un lugar bonito, limpio, amplio, las camas muy cómodas, vistas agradables, el trato genial, tiene parking de pago pero está bien y el ascensor va del parking a las habitaciones, lo cual se agradece con niños y maletas.
Que no se llama Crisol y fue complicado de localizar por el nombre, deben cambiar el rótulo del Hotel

Muy limpio, cómodo los colchones de primera, el parking en el mismo hotel nos facilitó la vida…
Tendría que tener la playa al lado y sería el mejor de todos…

Friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic location right in the middle of town.
Quite a good breakfast.
Room clean and comfortable with a good bathroom, air con and a fridge.
The coffee at breakfast could be improved - they used a machine and yet a proper coffee maker was available behind the bar.
A drinking water machine would have been a nice touch somewhere in the hotel.

A very good location in the centre of the town and a friendly welcome on arrival. Breakfast was very good value.
THe shower gel system needs reviewng as we had no shower gel which was very inconvenient when you are already wet.

A great dog friendly place. Nice and clean, parking great and breakfast good too. Very practical for my needs on this trip.
I really hate those long pillows that are used in a lot of Spanish hotels.

The Booking website informs that the hotel has its own parking lot. It is not totally true. The guest needs luck. I had to leave my car outside because there was not enough parking space.

The Staff was particularly good, they were making our stay very pleasant.
They were extremely helpful.
The room, the breakfast, and the hotel were expensive for the things they offer.

Good location with underground parking available, at extra cost. Good breakfast included in cost. Very pleasant town with lots of bars/restaurants, a large market and an interesting wine and salt museum.
The beds were a bit hard and there was not much in the way of extra facilities. The courtyard bar was not open.

Once we got our bearings location was very good
Breakfast was a bit basic but this was reflected in the price paid. Also wasnt very clear how to get a drink when the restaurant wasnt open etc as would have been nice to have a drink and sit in the courtyard

Due to location and arrival time, there was no available parking, and the parking house although nearby is not easy to cary much luggage.

Very central All staff were acutely aware of Covid protocol. Cleanliness was superior to many hotels .

Bed was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast was better than expected.
Room smelled like tobacco, not nice at all. A bit old fashioned room/bathroom for the price, quite expensive. Difficult to arrive by car, we ended up parking the car and walking around trying to find the hotel. When checking out there was just one member of staff answering the phone at the same time so there was a queue and took a while.

Ideal location to visit this attractive town. Friendly welcome and clean and comfortable accomodation. The garage was necessary for this hotel, situated in the town centre.
The double glazed windows in our room did not close 100% properly so the room was a little noisy early morning.
