Spotlessly clean, comfortable and really friendly staff. Easy to get to off the motorway and lots of free parking on site. Easy walk to the Espacio Mediterraneo shopping centre and bus no 4 takes you into Cartagena every half hour. Bus stop across the street but it is best to ask at reception for location because there is no sign at the stop ! Will definitely return soon to explore more of Cartagena !

it’s a bit far out of town, which we knew, but something to be aware of if you are not familiar with Cartagena. Public transport to and from this area is not as frequent as you may wish, although taxis are not too expensive.

The room was big, the hotel is close to the highway, private parking.

The staff that worked in the afternoon was not friendly, almost ignoring, they looked bored. The towels smelled bad.

Very nice hotel! Cleanliness 100%! everything disinfected (TV remote prepared for use in a plastic bag). Very high standard of care (reception) and quality comparable with 4* hotels in Europe. 8 min. by car from the city center, free parking in the hotel area.

Little bit difficult to find and maybe older furniture in the room.

Great staff and free parking!! it’s a lil outside the town but it sure beats paying for car parks! I walked into the town, only 40 mins, but don’t do it at night as you won’t be seen by the cars too well.

Room size was very good , breakfast was good ,very clean everywhere in the room and hotel , at dinner the salad starter was very good underground parking free was a great bonus .👍 well done.

Bed was too firm for me , booked an executive room , expected a better bed ..bath needs a non slip surface for when using the shower .. someone had been smoking in the room night before. Windows don't open Aircon did not remove it , fridge was not cool even , other people said the same . Biggest disappointment was paid for evening meal with room and breakfast, the main coarse choice on the fixed menu was very poor ,and only couple of choice's , chose the cheese burger , it came in a very small bun , and nothing else on the plate no potato chips or side salad ! For a restaurant executive room deal it was disgraceful, and not even good we didn't eat half of it . A beach cafe would serve a better meal ! Very disappointed .

They went above and beyond decorating my room with my request. (Bob Ross pictures) The bathtub was super nice. Filling it up took mere minutes, and nothing beats cooling your feet after walking home from a festival!

We did not have breakfast as we were going to Cartagena then moving on towards Barcelona.. We stayed here as it was the closest to Cartagena which does not have suitable hotels. We would have liked the restaurant open but we were told it only opened in the week. The staff were very friendly we found a cafe /bar for a drink nearby and we were given lots of ice quickly when requested from the staff at our hotel.

Drinks were way overpriced, breakfast was very disappointing, I had to ask for orange juice, bread, croissants and the staff in the breakfast room appeared to be uninterested Location was supposed to be 1.6 miles , if you can fly , it's a 1 hour walk We got cabs which were reasonable, 10 euros each way Very unhappy with the information provided by either the hotel or booking.com , just give clients the information that is needed , if it's a cab ride to town , say so very annoying

Extremely friendly staff. 24h reception. They made us a picnic breakfast box for the road. Nice closed parking. Great bedrooms and comfortable beds.
