Το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο ανετο όσο περιμεναμε για την τιμή του. Δυο άτομα 1 body lotion και 1 μάσκα μαλλιών (και για τους δυο )χωρίς να γίνεται αντικατάσταση κάθε μέρα. Το πρωινο μετριο χωρίς ποικιλία και ιδιαίτερες γευσεις και το πιο σημαντικό ήταν ότι δεν γινόταν refill σε αυτά που τελείωναν, με αποκορυφωμα την τελευταία ημέρα της διαμονής μας που ήταν σχεδόν άδειος ο μπουφες και ο χώρος του πρωινου υπερβολικά μικρός( κατεβήκαμε μια ώρα πριν τελειώσει,οχι τελευταία στιγμή).Ο καθαρισμός του δωματίου την δεύτερη ημέρα της διαμονής μας έγινε χωρίς να μας ρωτήσουν και δεν είχαμε αφήσει και το αντίστοιχο ταμπελάκι απέξω και τα αντικείμενα μας ήταν πειραγμένα και σε άλλη θέση. Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα είναι η παραπλανηση του ότι έχει παρκινγκ ενώ στην πραγματικότητα εχει έξω από το ξενοδοχείο στον δρόμο ( κεντρικό σημείο)μια εσοχή και χωράει 3 εως 5 αυτοκίνητα το πολυ. Οπότε αναγκαστικά έπρεπε να αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο μας σε ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ. Το γυμναστήριο τρομερά μικρό και δεν σε εμπνέει καθόλου. Σάουνα και χαμάμ μικρά χωροταξικα αλλά υπήρξαμε τυχεροί και δεν είχε πολυ κόσμο. Ήμασταν δυο παρεες με δυο κρατήσεις δωματιων. Ο ενας φιλος μας δεν ήρθε ποτε και ο άλλος άφησε το δωμάτιο μιαμιση μέρα νωρίτερα επειδη τους συνέβη κάτι απρόοπτο και ενώ τους το πληρωσαμε κανονικά αρνήθηκαν και να μας δώσουν ένα voucher ή έστω να μας κάνουν κάποια έκπτωση στις έξτρα υπηρεσίες ( εστιατόριο / σπα)

It would have been nice to have a room with a window view - as a single travellor I always get a room facing the lift shaft

15 minutes walking to the center of Thessaloniki, the hotel was close enough to explore. Lots of street parking. Excellent breakfast, nice and clean rooms.

It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable; great breakfast offering wide variety of choices.

There were no chairs neither a table on the balcony; very noisy from outside; no parking spots available;

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager Anatolia. she was very good, telling us where to go and where to eat local cuisine.

The staff were super helpful. I asked for help to find a parking, the kept trying until they found a place to park. Breakfast was clean and super good. The staff there were also very helpful and kind.

The location is close to the center, however, the lack of parkings is a big problem, especially if you travel with children. There is no way to park in front of the property safely.

Breakfast is very good! Room is ok, with bathtub and kettle.
