Breakfast was superior, great staff, fresh fruit and many hot items, great view from breakfast room, everything refilled promptly. Helpful courteous staff. Wonderful . Beds very comfortable and Village of Elounda a 6 minute drive for dinner. Clean and well kept up .

I booked a week here to get through some photo editing during my travels, and ended up having to blow $150 on mobile hotspot data as room internet only worked 2/7 days. This was just one of many issues. Sewage water backed up through floor drain first night & was told to put bath towels on it, technician took pee trap out of floor drain so room smelled like sewage one day, and power went out briefly one night. I get the place is seasonal and just opened but that’s no excuse. I kindly requested refund to leave and the solution was a free bottle of wine.

Staff were very friendly. We made a .mistake with our initial booking and the hotel resolved it for us quickly and professionally Hotel was clean and well maintained. Gorgeous pool and pool bar. Excellent for a cocktail in the evening over the stunning views. In a quiet location which suited us well.

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking - purely a personal preference.

Great location (if you have car), good facilities: pool, rooms and food. We had half board option and it was good for two nights. Maybe buffet would repeat itself too much if staying longer. Disco night on saturday was fun!

Very nice pool, fairly good location and comfortable bed

We requested a double bed but upon our arrival we got a 2 single bed room and only after we complained the staff arranged the room to have a double bed. We also had no wifi in the room for the whole stay. The breakfast was very limited considering it is a 4 star hotel.

slightly out of Elounda, can walk but takes around 40 mins and isolated road at night time. however to get the view you need to be a little out of town. the room was more basic than what the pictures showed- still comfortable and nice but definitely not as nice as the photos!

The location and the view from the restaurant and pool was very good The staff , especially Thalia in the restaurant were very professional Checkout time is at 12 (unlike the usual 11)

The room was very inferior to what was advertised at booking. We were placed at a building next to the main facility and the quality of the room was very basic. Definitely not value for money At breakfast, we asked for different coffee(Greek) , that the one that was machine-made, and was of bad quality, and we were charged ( first time in any hotel that we have stayed in Greece )

Extremely nice location, with wonderful view and great hotel facilities. Very friendly staff, smiling and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedsheets changed frequently.

Big selection for breakfast, however, in my opinion, there could be some more traditional Greek options and a bigger variety of fruits.
