Spacious Apartments, lovely staff. The Location is amazing. Bonus points for the spa and the lovely lady working there! So friendly and helpful.

the location is great and the checking staff really helpful and professional. the rooms are really large and comfortable for families.

the noise, the walls are very think or perhaps the neighbors very noisy. we had a drunk neighbor yelling in the middle of the night above us and a screaming mother and kids on our right hand.

Location, clean, good service comfortable.

You can hear when guests or cleaning staff moves the furniture. Cleaning starts too early.

the property is really near the beach only a few minutes walk away where all the restaurants and shops the hotel bar/restaurant was very nice the outside pool was also good in a pretty area we also used the spa treating ourselves to a treatment which was a good price our room could do with a lick of paint but overall was fine would recommend

The location was quiet but only a few minutes walk from the promenade and plenty of food / refreshment offers. The nearest offered soft drinks and beers for €1 - bargain! (Just turn right on leaving the hotel and go straight down to the prom)

On arrival our apartment had had the WC water supply isolated. Call to reception resulted in a short conversation. The return call advised that the WC would need to be replaced and we were moved to another apartment. Quickly resolved but why were we ever allocated the apartment in the first place - lack of internal communication which could have had more complicated consequences-very poor for a 4* The room safe required a €3 per day hire charge - disappointing ask!

Had infestation of ants in the room. It was expected for us to change room for a few hours and go back to the same room after using spray in the morning. Didn’t like this considering the price of the room and we had a baby with us. After stating and convincing my reason, we managed to get another room for the second night. We got no apology from the manager or reception, but rather making excuses and being rude

The location was a five minute walk to the promenade and close to supermarkets etc. A little longer walk if you have a buggy as steps were the closest access point to beach. Not a good quality or a bad quality but I was expecting an apartment off the hotel, where as its a hotel room with a kitchenette in it. Just to note as I had never experienced that before. Cleaning staff are great and very friendly.

The pool area outdoors is small. Not many beds available and it's awkward to access the pool with a buggy, you have to go to the spa and out via the spa but its closed on Sundays. So in that case you have to carry the buggy down a couple of small flights of stairs and also we didnt realise you could get out through the spa for a few days would have been helpful if staff had mentioned how to get out with a buggy. The beds are not comfy.

Fantastic spacious apartment with two very large balconies and all you need for a lovely stay. Friendly and helpful staff and the apart hotel is in a great central location just up from the beach. I recommend it 100%.

This was the 7th time i had stayed at this hotel, been coming here for 10 years.

Previously the hot tub/jacuzzi and indoor pool were included in the price of the stay but it seems this is now charged separately, which was a shame, as in previous years it was all included..

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the city center by car - we went there by taxi but there is also a parking at the central park

fotos in booking look better than in reality, pool only opens at 11:00

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Common areas very attractive and stylish.

Beds were very hard, as were the pillows. Rooms are dated and are probably due for a refurb.
