The facilities are great! the staff and excellent and polite, they are always so happy to help. The entertainment team always walk around in the morning to say hello and good morning which I thought was a nice touch!

The shops on site are extortionately over priced, we needed to buy some more sun cream and it cost €27 just for one spray can of sun cream! The food at the buffet was a little bland and lacked food for fussy eaters and kids but it was okay.

Beautiful hotel, it really is as good as the photos. I miss the food already, beautiful salads and fruit and breads every day as well as cooked food. Never got bored. Every staff member was lovely and helpful and did their job as well as they possibly could. Especially Oliwia from mini disco, we'll miss her!

The room fridge is tiny, you really have to prioritise!

The food was good, with many options. Also gluten and lactose free. The beach was a close 5-10 min walk. It was clean.

The bed was very light. It moved with to much ease.

Very clean. Staff were fantastic. Rooms larger than expected.

Breakfast was really good with a a great range of choices. Complex amenities were great especially if you had children.

The range of choices for dinner was not great....we had pasta, pizza and chips each night.

Breakfast was tasty, but not enough choice for a week long stay. Christmas dinner was very nice. Staff were helpful.

Although swimming pools were heated, they were still chilly for our taste. Kids could not swim as it was too cold for them.

very good for families with young kids. swimming pool and water activity’s were one of the best. my kids enjoyed all day in the pool area.

food option were good but could have been more better specially for vegetarians/vegans. we stayed for 4nights but repeatedly same dishes been served. evening entertainment also could have been better.

to far out, no entertainment for adults, the food wasn’t very hot, all the meat was chewy and tasteless and the rice wasn’t cooked properly.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Also liked the self service drinks facility in the restaurant.

Common areas in the blocks the bedrooms were in were drab and could do with smartening up a bit.

Wifi was very poor .often no working Food of the buffet snack and go was always the same all week. Burger and hotdog . Saborrea Buffet was ok but less food and higher quality would have been better

This was sent to hotel this morning. Hi, My partner and I were booked in from Saturday-Sunday 4th- 5th June. Im so glad it was only one night. Firstly I would like to say the food for all inclusive was excellent and staff were great. As island residents and in the hospitality trade also,we decided we could afford a night out to relieve stress a little. (Ive just had my leg amputated 3 times in 6 months). We obviously know lopesan as you have a few on the island, so we thought ok, we will look. We were told the whole hotel was disabled friendly and got a disabled room. Fantastic. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. I have NEVER complained about a hotel before. Normally just get on with it....this is different. The room itself was nice enough,however, when going to the balcony the door lip is uneven and gave a couple of problems for wheelchair. On entrance to block 2 it is not ramped, it is a pavement which I could not attempt on my own either way without putting myself in danger. Disabled friendly is supposed to be when disabled people can roam freely and easily on their own. Outside the block now going to pool. Up the hill, then a "ramp" well steep hill. The disabled ramp was far too steep for anyone to try on a wheelchair on their own or even with my partner pushing me. She's is approx 60kg and couldn't push me up. Back to room and got crutches. Still not very friendly with crutches but eventually made it to the bar. I still haven't seen the pool. Couple of drinks then Ruth collected my chair for me to go down hill. Again not clever as the ramp was too steep to go down. I crashed into wall in case it was a worse crash. Needless to say, our so looking forward too break was spent on the BALCONY looking on to a street, or in restaurant and if I wanted that, I could have sat at my own pool for free. I would happily come and show your manager or health and safety officer your failings at their convenience.
