beautiful design. comfortable. very nice staff. clean. good location close to all the center.

hot water had problems. first there was no hot after a few minutes, than the staff ordered a fix, and there was hot/cold changing alone with very low water pressure, can be fixed with another tank on the roof with extra water heater i believe.

8 years ago the rooms were in need of updating, nothing has changed, the rooms are quite large but very tired, while the bathroom has a spa bath but no separate shower, you need to stand in the bath for a shower which requires climbing over a 1 meter ledge, not good if your not young. Pity, desperate for a make over Other LK hotels much better

Never disappoints me. Always stay here. Staff friendly. Rooms are big and clean .makes my stay in Pattaya enjoyable

Good location. Sun all pool all day. Friendly helpful Staff. Easy early check in and check out. You can use the gym at LK Metropole. Big room.

The shower was not great. No curtain. Floor in bathroom wet every time.

The A/C was better than the previous room. When the compressor turned on it was quiet. + Excellent housekeeping. + best two elevator system I have ever seen.

I upgraded to a more expensive room for my third week there: = the balcony space was too small (with a view of a dystopian future world that awaits us all). = smaller kitchen area to the point that the plates were smaller so they would fit the cabinet. = no microwave oven (how is this an upgrade???). = luggage area even smaller than previous room. = the dedicated shower space was quite small. = they reversed the hot and cold water at the bath tub (why would this be done???). = sharp 1 inch grade change between hall floor level and bathroom (needs a rounded edge). = TV had RED BLEED all around the perimeter. = the steam room at pool area often had no power (dark control panel)
