This property is in a great location but parking was not included which I thought it was in previous stays there. Parking is quite expensive, 160 NIS per day.
Parking not included.

Very central location but not noisy. Easy access to the light-rail system. Kosher restaurant. The lifts worked every time. Cold drink in the lobby (with cookies) gratis, just the thing when you've been walking in the Jerusalem sun all morning. (It's a good idea to take a bottle of water with you anyway.)
Rooms were not cleaned every day - even allowing that they might be not cleaned at the weekend this was poor service. A staff member in scruffy dress (I don't mean just not clean but not buttoned-up, looking slovenly) hanging around the lobby with no apparent purpose and speaking no English (spoke Hebrew and yiddish that I heard). That was not a "good look". And beware the large and noisy groups of kids from the US going on day-tours; if you come down for an early breakfast it could be nice and relaxed or very busy.

All of the people at the desk very very polite and helpful. The person in charge of cleaning gave me the products I requested. My room was very quiet. I was totally satisfied.
One young lady who worked at the desk could not give me directions to where I wanted to go.

Staff very helpful, we needed some information and they were very willing to support our needs.

Always having to go to to the desk to ask them to clean my room... They cleaned the rooms of the group of kids before the hotel guests. The heat wasn't working it was on air conditioner...the receptionist in the morning could care less about anything.. The phone in our room did but work to call the front desk..Meir who worked the afternoon shift was as excellent with everything we asked for or needed.

Not much. The apartment was not complete. The shower had one door the key swipe never worked during my stay and the elevator working was a toss up.

Location was great. Central to everything we wanted to see.
Advertised as a 2 bedroom with one queen and two double beds. Turned as two singles pushed together in one room to create a "queen sized" bed. The second room had a trundle bed without linens. Difficulty in confirming actual reservation. Breakfast available for a significant extra charge.

Location
The rooms were not clean. Repeated requests for toilet paper in the room were not fulfilled. Everything seemed to be falling apart.

This was somewhere I had stayed on a previous occasion a few years ago, so generally I knew what to expect and most aspects of the stay were pleasant.
The cleanliness was the main problem. Standards seemed to have slipped a bit compared with my last stay. In particular, there were some unpleasant stains on the spare duvet. Fortunately, there was another I was able to use. The previous guest had left the safe in the closed position, despite the sign in front of it asking that it should be left open. The sign also said that if the safe was left shut, contact the reception and they would be able to sort it out. I did contact reception and the reply was that there was no one who new how to unlock the safe until the following morning.

the location is great
We have stayed at this hotel several times. It continues to go downhill. This is my last stay here. The room is dirty. There were two towels in the bathroom and no towels, utensils or soap in the kitchen. One bed sheet do not fit AT ALL. One side light in the bedroom did not function at all. Management was made aware and did nothing to resolve any issues. The housekeeper replaced the sheet on the third morning, when confronted.
Young teens/preteens RAMPAGED loudly in the hallways until after 11:30 each night, despite our asking them and their chaperones to keep quiet. The “phone” in our room did not function so we could not call the desk.
I STRONGLY recommend against choosing Lev Yerushalayim as your hotel. It has become an embarrassing dive.

I like the size of the suite. I like that there was a mini kitchen. The location is amazing.
We asked several times for additional pillows. We never received them.
There were no disposable hot cups in the room although there was coffee and tea.
The facility needed some repairs - a shelf was held up by a piece of wood.

only the position. In the centre, near lots of great places.
Shabby, furniture falling apart. Leaks all over the bathroom. Bed and towels clean but we didn’t feel clean even after a shower. Very poor accommodation.

Please be specific that drinks are not included for Shabbat meals. The hotel is an amazing location next to everything. Time to Remodel the hotel and renovate it to modern day living.
