everything was fabulous.

A lovely hotel, spotless clean throughout, the staff were exceptional and the food was top class. Surprisingly spacious bedroom. We had a spectacular view of the sea, probably the highlight of the trip was our view of the storm outside while we were warm and cosy inside. Refreshing that the staff were plentiful and happy to be there. Would highly recommend the Sandhouse for a couples weekend away.

Nothing really, being picky the bathroom might need a little update, but it's nice to have a bit of charm and not the same plastic finishes like in so many hotels these days.

Breakfast was excellent and very quickly served. Our room was brilliant and the bed was very comfy. The view was excellent staff were very friendly.

The room was slightly cold at first but nothing to bad. I ordered medium steak for dinner and it came well done but was still tasty.

We got a first class breakfast in the dining room with a stunning view looking out on the sea, Very pleasant and attentive waitress's both for breakfast and dinner and the food was gorgeous

Breakfast excellent. Great, healthy choices. Fish cooked to perfection. Great to have order taken and not a buffet. Bacon excellent, not salty. Brown bread excellent. Great quantity of tea and coffee. Good to have gluten free toast, pity no gluten free cereal. Maybe we'll bring our own coeliac porridge and ask you to cook for 4 mins in microwave next visit? Loved the ambience of the hotel. Felt like a home from home. Spacing in restaurant and bar safe and secure.

Everything excellent. We had our Covid certs to prove double vaccination and thought we'd be asked for them at check in and in restaurant.
