Great location. Great staff and overall a comfortable pleasant room. Food we had was lovely and a great price for location

There was a lot of construction work going on during our stay which was rather annoying. We were unaware it was happening Also there were dents in the doors and mould on curtains

When we arrived to the room , it was dirty . The bathroom was unkept, messy plaster work , shower dirty , no stopper in sink The bedroom itself was not clean , the sheet had an ingrained spillage of some sort !!!! Urine ???. The carpet was absolutely filthy , we didn’t dare leave clothes on the floor or walk in bare feet .

Breakfast was good, location was excellent evening meal

Evening meal in the restaurant could have been a lot better and when we mentioned it we received a complimentary drink and dessert which was very much appreciated

Location Room was very clean and comfortable. Bottled water would have been a nice touch in the room.

Breakfast Dining Room staff were very very slow. Had to ask multiple times for what we wanted. Disappointing. Music in bar at night was too loud. Would have expected housekeeping daily for the price we paid Towels were just left at door each day.

The lobby was nice

Are room stank of chipper food they are also have renovation done which is fantastic but the floor we stayed on was yet to be done we were on the fourth floor and it looked nothing like the photos also the duvet in the room had a coffee stain on (we don’t drink coffee) room cost us nearly 500 clean should be the basic the breakfast in the morning was fine apart from the dirty cups and saucer on the table ( the “clean” one for our use )

Front Staff was Very Friendly and went out of there way to Accommodate Everyone Young Ladies Grab my Bag and Carried up Steps. The Pleasent Smiles at all Times Would go out of There to give you the Greeting of the Day. They made my Stay very Enjoyable.

The hotel was situated just off of Eyre Square, and within walking distance of many attractions. There were numerous restaurants, pubs and shops close by, and the bus station was about a block away.

This is from my sister. Great location. Comfortable and clean.

They over charged my sister saying the VAT wasn't included on her payment. They also tried to over charge another couple nearly double the amount. BEWARE!!

The location of the hotel is amazing, you’re right in the heart of everything

However the rooms are nothing like the pictures they have provided to this site. They are extremely small though they are clean and definitely not worth the price that you’re charged for them

what I like about the property was that it was a good location and the food was tasty and some of the staff where very welcoming

I didn’t like what I got for what I paid for was missing things out of the list of things was meant to get , was awoken every morning at 6 with the cleaner , the security guard on the Saturday night was asking people for tips with I think is very inappropriate
