The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was excellent. Reception desk is very professional. Room and all hotel area is very clean. Hotel location is amazing… by the sea and main promenade.

The hotel is located on the promenade itself, the beach is in front of the hotel, and has new and modern furniture. They have a beautiful swimming pool within the hotel with a beautiful view of the bay.

The waiters in the restaurant were a bit louder.

The room was great, clean, well equipped and a fantastic view! The "beach" area was also nice with great view. Fantastic location with a nice restaurant on the promenade.

The pool is a little smaller than I expected but it was fine for our purposes.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and nicely situated beach/bathing area with comfortable sunbeds with convenient waiter service.

I found the waiting staff at breakfast a bit unfriendly. Maybe it was because I was travelling solo and they didn't know what to make of me, however, the actual breakfast was very good. I arrived back at the hotel around 10.pm and fancied coffee and a nightcap but was promptly told that I was too late despite the fact that a couple walked in just before me and appeared not to be turned away - don't know what I did to upset them?!

Hotel Perla is a wonderful hotel located right on the Pet Danica promenade by the Bay of Kotor. It is far enough to have your peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy the lovely walk to get to the centre. The hotel has its own beach and bed/sun umbrellas but there are also plenty of nice beaches along the promenade to dip in. The hospitality of the staff is exceptional as is the food and overall cleanliness of the place. Special mention to Slađana who was always ready to assist with any questions rleated to our stay. We also had beautiful views of the sea and hotel pool, which we enjoyed every morning from our balcony. My only regret is that we did not stay longer, but we will definitely be returning.

Excellent sea view and very friendly staff. We arrived late around midnight but the receptionist Zana took good care of us and even reserved a takeaway meal for us.

Best position in town, without traffic noise from the street like other places. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Deluxe rooms are comfortable, well equipped and with nice views on the bay. Also the sea is clean and young children can leverage a small beach next to the hotel as well as the swimming pool. Car park is included.

The quality and the service of the breakfast can be improved a little bit.

Rooms were quite new, people that arrange the parking are very friendly. View is beautiful.

Food in restaurant and breakfast was very unhealthy. Staff in the restaurant treated people that did not speak their language completely different and unfriendly. Worse part: we arranged a taxi transfer in the hotel to Dubrovnik from the center of Herceg Novi. The taxi did not show up. I called the hotel and they said that normally it was arranged and then just left us on our own with the message that there was nothing they could do. I guess once you check out you are not their problem anymore. We were stranded in Herceg Novi, we could not communicate with anyone because we do not speak the language and no one wanted to help. The border was a nightmare that day and that’s why the taxi company did not want to drive (I had to use a translate app to ask a random taxi driver from the same company what the issue was!), but still: some explanation, some help, some advice, ANYTHING would have been appreciated. This left a very bad taste.

Location and amazing views. Friendly staff. Good beds and facilities.

The restaurant and food. Plates are enormous, unsophisticated and there must be a hygiene issue: 5 members of my family on 7 were sick the day we left due to food poisoning, preventing us to visit Dubrovnik. They forgot the booking of our table. Nor was the staff helpful to find tables for breakfast.
