安かったが、ホテルとして良かったので、コストパフォーマンスが高い。立地もよく、駅からも近くて良かった

シャワーの置き場がユラユラしていて、使い難かった。シャワーの出る量も弱かった。壁が薄いのか、夜中近くに隣の部屋の外国人の人たちの騒いでいる声が結構聞こえて気になった。

Medewerker wilde alleen koffers versturen als hij ander hotel kon bereiken. Wilde vrrantwoordeljjkheid ontlopen. Waardoor wij met koffers zijn vertrokken en deze in een seven eleven hebben laten versturen. Op alle andere locaties werden de koffers zonder problemen verstuurt. Maar deze heer leverde totaal geen service en zadelde ons op met een probleem

房間整潔程度超差，床單有漬，令皮膚癢癢的。智能厠板清洗部分竟然有污垢。酒店的照片有誤導成份，酒店前的樓梯不是照片顯示的那麼短，是很高很長，搬運行李一點也不方便。

Location. Walking distance to shopping street, dontonburi, the mall, etc. Room was spacious. Not that big, but there was walking space even with our luggage open.

The elevator was open to everyone who enters the hotel. There was no security feature that limited access entry to floors beyond the lobby.

Location was near train station and shopping areas The amenities like slipers and coffee were nice and the staff were nice.

There's no ramp for suitcases/luggage. We needed to carry it up the entrance stairs, my mother has difficulty lifting heavy items, so it wasn't convenient for us. It has a lift once you get past the stairs but the elevator doors close very quickly. The elevator entrance floor had a bump of metal sticking up, so sometimes it caught the wheel of my luggage, then the door would close quickly so it was scary. The room was kind of dirty, like the walls were stained near the windows, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, it wasn't well ventilated so we used the air-conditioner to move air around but the air-conditioned was either too cold or too strong. I booked it for the location, but other than that, the facility could be improved.

This is the second visit to this hotel being first visit 5 years ago. What brought us back was the location.

The welcome stairs to the lift lobby - a hassle for those with big/heavy luggage. The room was so dusty and not cleaned/vacuumed for a long time seems. Osaka was the last leg of our trip. Prior to this hotel, all the hotels have air purifiers/humidifiers available in the rooms. But not this hotel room. Since day1 checked in, The toilet has had this sewage smell coming out from the drainage hole. Reported to the front counter, they acted promptly and applied some anti-clog spray to the drainage however the smell didn't go away. At that point, in time there are no available vacant rooms we contd our remaining nights with the unpleasant smell. We had to buy air freshener spray to mask the smell.

Staff were nice. Nice to have triple rooms to accommodate a family in one room. Pillows were supportive. Shower was hot and strong. Location was good which was close to Shinsaibashi station. A variety of amenities were provided at the reception.

The staircase at the entrance makes it difficult to access the reception on the 2nd floor with luggage. Room a bit dusty on the floor around the beds. Toilet was a bit stuffy.

Convenience and price Staffs are very nice

Bath was filthy... Can see quite a bit of mold or soap scum? Noise from upstairs were horrible

The maindoor is close at 10pm.i think should be midnight.

One of the rooms were badly damaged when we checked in. The hotel staff refused initially to swap room until we pointed out there was still room available on the Booking.com site

Require to walk stairs to lift/ hotel room/lobby. Inconvenience to carry luggages.

Good location, within walking distance from subway and shopping area and Dotonbori.

Have to climb some steps which can be challenging if you have big luggages with you. Room is very dusty even after cleaning.

Location was fantastic, just outside the subway exit and within a short distance to Shinsaibashi-suji. Lots of food options. Room is bigger than usual hotels in Japan and the bathroom is clean.

The beds can easily sleep 2 adults and 3 children but the space for luggage is really tight. There is no wardrobe; just a few knobs on the wall for a few hangers.
