The location was great! Very central. It is one block away from the street entrance to Karlsplatz metro station, about 3mins walk to Karlsplatz, and 10mins walk to Marienplatz. There are a bunch of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops around the hotel. We basically walked everywhere, except for places like Olympia Park, which were too far to walk (for us). Our room had a city view and it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was hot water in the shower, a closet with hangers, wifi, and a TV. The room was quiet for the most part. Sometimes, we could hear people talking in the hallway or moving stuff in the next room. But noise was very minimal. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We were able to do online check-out and it was extremely simple and easy. Would definitely recommend!

The a/c did not cool very well. I would set it to the coolest but it still struggled to cool down. The pillows were not very comfortable. What we liked the least was having the keys to the room electronically and using my phone to open the door. This is not efficient, especially if the phone doesn’t have good wifi signal. Sometimes, it would take up to 1 minute for the door to open. Very inconvenient if you have a bathroom emergency and need to get in quickly.

I really liked this hotel a lot. I traveled alone, and recommend Koos to other solo travelers. I went for many walks, hopped on the trains and enjoyed the outdoor terrace. The location cannot be beat, and the breakfast was yummy with so many choices.. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. I will be sure to return, next time, for a couple more days.

There was so much space for our family and everything was very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable, including sofa bed.

Electronic keys - I like having an electronic key but only one of our two phones would connect to unlock the door.

The location, the staff, cleanliness and breakfast I liked the most. The breakfast buffet is not superb but whatever they have is tasty and fresh. And the price of the breakfast is good. In addition, I loved the self checkin option and the mobile key. It was very cool indeed. You don’t have to go to reception if you have checkedin online. You enter the hotel and proceed to the elevator. Room key, room number and every detail is in your email.

The neighborhood is not only noisy but also somewhat dangerous. I woke up around 2:30 AM because some people were shouting, seemingly involved in a quarrel, which lasted for about an hour. The police never showed up. The hotel's windows need to be replaced with soundproof ones to improve noise isolation.

Gegenüber ist ein Club dessen Musik ab 23:00h ziemilch laut wird. Von den 5 Nächten hatten wir 4 Nächte Lärm. Die Fenster sind akustisch aber es ist nichts für jemanden der gern mit offenem Fenster schläft.
