I love this hotel and the cleanliness the staff are amazing!

Nothing everything was perfect!

This was an amazing place to stay. Three restaurants: we had an amazing breakfast at one, lunch at an intimate Italian restaurant for lunch, and dinner at the rooftop urban vibe sushi restaurant. All on site! Room service was top notch as well. The staff were so welcoming and took great care of us! Picturesque pool that had photographers taking wedding and quinciñera pictures at a few times, and for good reason. It was beautiful! Rooms were spotless and beds were comfy. I literally felt like this is one of the best managed hotels I have ever stayed at, and I never met anybody from management. Glad I stayed here and will stay every time I am in the city. Thanks to everybody for being so kind and taking care of all of the details so we could enjoy our stay!

Under renovation and showing its age. Bathroom needs updating.

I like the buffet and mimosas by the pool. It met my expectations. I will definitely book again. The employees make you feel very welcoming.

I can say the pool was the best part. The room it self was nicely put as well, except for its horrible smell. Then again what’s the point it being nicely put it if smells horrible.

The bathroom sink drainage smelled horrible. Not only that but I also didn’t like the fact the air conditioner filters seemed as if they have never been changed, causing the smell of the bathroom to be worse. It’s not only about cleaning the outer of the filter but changing them as well.

The pool and decor is great. Also the drinks and location.

The carpet of the hallway that access the room was a little bit dirty.
