Nice and comfortable room with its own little terrace with view to the bay. What makes it exceptional is the friendliness of the staff and the home made breakfast which is a destination in itself.

Excellent breakfast, very hospitable environment and the staff were always there to cater to our every need. The host was very friendly and the activities that the establishment provides left us more than pleased. Overall i would recommend it without hesitation.

Very friendly and kind hostess. Cozy and clean room with a traditional touch. The view of the see bay was amazing ! Last by not least the accommodation was in a quite location.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of home made Greek food, lots of choice and plenty of it. The host was kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean tidy and spacious. Location was excellent if you wanted something a little less busy...no shops apart from a local mini mart nearby.

For what we were expecting...nothing.

The location was exceptional, the breakfast terrace was lovely, practical and useful. Our bedroom was small but adequate, the bathroom was very, very small. However we always had enough hot water. The small yard for the exclusive use of the bedroom was very pleasant and practical for drying swimwear and towels, and of course, to enjoy the wonderful view. Maria, the owner, as well as staff are very friendly and helpful people.

Internet was shaky at times and not reliable and fast enough for working.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mani. A large apartment, had a terrace with incredible view. From all the windows you have view the sea even from lying in bed you can see the sea. Breakfast was nice with local and traditional delicacies.

What a location! Seaview and the beach is right in front of the guest house! Maria and her staff are super friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast. Lovely big room. 200 m further there is a taberna where they serve fresh fish and if you’re lucky a sea turtle will show up : )

Thank you to the hotel owner for a surprise gift - olive oil and olives. Great location - the beach right next to the hotel, so it is a great place to relax. The positive thing is the layout and style of the room. And since my wife really likes cats, there is no shortage of them here... We could make friends with cats all three days... :) We definitely recommend driving to the hotel by car - there are many very interesting sights in the area: caves, mountain villages, olive groves ... And all this within reach.

Although booking.com rated the hotel breakfast as excellent, there was definitely a problem with the breakfast. They can hardly be judged as good. Rather than very modest. The Covid-19 protocol may be to blame, but it was certainly not what we expected. The other thing that unpleasantly surprised me - the photos on booking.com aren't really true ... Maybe there is a room in the hotel with exactly the view, but our booked room, which was in a high price range, certainly did not correspond to why we chose this hotel.
