Jättebra läge, nära till stationen om man reser med kollektivt.
Bara några minuters promenad till centrum och restauranger som finns där samt till Kungsmässan om man är shoppingsugen. Har man bil så är det bara ca 10 minuters bilfärd till Hede Fashion outlet.

Ventilationen är undermålig på rummet så väldigt varmt

Tyvärr hade vi inte fått uppgift via booking.com om när frukost serverades på helgen vilket gjorde att vi missade frukosten då vi skulle vara på annan plats kl 0700 på morgonen.
Fick heller inte uppgift om att vi skulle meddela detta före kl21 för att hotellet skulle kunna ordna frukostpåse, så vi fick köpa frukost på annan plats

Mycket tillmötesgående personal när det kommer till särskilda önskemål.
Frukostens öppettider, utbud och fräschör var något under standard. i alla fall mellan 9-10 söndag. Går inte skylla på coronatider. Förläng en halvtimme minst på helgtid! Jag fick även känslan av att icke boende på hotellet ramlar in på frukost helger, vilket gör det än trängre.

Great breakfast, good beds, Sound proof rooms, nice as we were there with several teenager hockey teams - but had no disturbances. Comfy rooms.

Staff and location were excellent and facilities were very good! Rooms were a bit tired in places but very good nonetheless! Comfortable beds
Shower floor could be updated as tendency to get very wet. Rooms got a bit warm you can adjust radiator but even when turned down it was warm so could do wit air conditioning

Very comfortable bed, good size room (business option), very clean and fresh, nice interior decor throughout. Lovely shower. Room temperature just right, slightly cooler at night which we like and no noisy ventilation system.
Breakfast buffet very limited and unappealing. Decided to have breakfast elsewhere on day 2 and 3.

Beautiful modern hotel, room was good size with comfy bed and plenty of parking.
Late check in was easy to manage with the instructions left.
Hairdryer in the room was a good one!
Breakfast finishes at 9, at 830 there was no hot food left.
House keeping were wanting to come in 2 hours before checkout time

It was in the city center. The facilities were good, and there was avaiable parking behind the hotel. Staff was nice and provided clear information.
Breakfast options could be better. For fruits, the only option was thin slices of grapefuit and cut up slices of green bananas. For dairy, it was only natiual yoghurt and filmjölk available.
