All is perfect except the smell

The terrible sewage smell coming from shower.

nice and clean, new and modern atmosphere in an old building, bright.

noise / Hall effect from the bathroom and the neighbours’ one. shower too big and without door sprinkles the whole bathroom. missing toilet privacy because there is no door to the bedroom.

Good location, free parking. Slept very well. Nice heated floors. Very clean. Water cooker and tea included, and even a mini fridge.

Thin walls, could hear other people. But it was a quiet crowd.

Beautyfull location. Nice hotel.

really clean. near from seaside. nice staff. Wifi - any issue. big room, confortable. Bed made me good sleep. I'm sure come back this hotel again. Quiet.

Shower in room

The location is nice, close to the beach, dunes and forest.

The room was a bit outdated and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom in the evening/night. We closed the bathroom door and opened the window. Fortunately Oostkapelle is a quiet place and the weather was good. We also experienced an uncomfortable lack of service and hospitality. For instance; room keys must be collected from the office of a nearby campsite reception. And although there is a restaurant below the rooms, it seemed closed at all times except for breakfast. For a hotel of this value we expected more!

The room was very large, comfortable, tidy, well furnished and very clean, with a lovely balcony and very bright. Considering the limitations imposed by law on the spread of Covid19, which forced the hotel to serve us breakfast in the room, this was truly magnificent and very rich. I imagine what it would have been like if we could have regularly taken our breakfast in the breakfast room, with the possibility of self sevice!

Nothing: everything was absolutely perfect.

Great Hotel near the beach and woods

Fantastic short stay here the perfect location for a getaway .Breakfast was served to your room due to COVID but was delicious! Reception were so friendly were very flexible and assisted with our booking requests personally ....great customer service !

The room was large, comfortable and very modern. The bathroom in particular with the ocean shower concept was exceptional.

Our only complaint was that the hotel has signs encouraging guests to hang their towels so that they can be reused to save water. This is great. Unfortunately, even though we hung the towels each day, the cleaners still replaced them with new towels. We were a bit disappointed with this disregard for the water saving policies.

The breakfast was really very good nothing to fault at all.

Privacy in the room or on the terrace was non-existent either the curtains had to be drawn permanently and the room lighting on or else one was on display to the world! The rooms are noisy there is no sound proofing. In our room there was no refrigerator or wardrobe. A very big shower but you can't sleep in a shower..
