I left to early for breakfast.
I was very tired when I arrived,to find the place closed and then to get a text to say keys 🔑 are in letter box it was unusual to say the least. I never came across that before. But when I got to my room and saw comfortable clean bed and had a hot shower,all was forgiven.

Great location, bed was comfortable and room a reasonable size. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location. But everything is in the centre in st jean.
Decor a bit dated. Bit pricey for what you get. Main reason to book was a private room before start the Camino Frances. For about 70 euros a night expected better free toiletries.

Required using the booking.com app to connect with the proprietor to check-in as she wasn’t at the hotel upon arrival and the phone number listed didn’t work.

The place excellent. It is located in the best spot of the town. Justine excellent hostess and we ate dinner twice in their restaurant and the food really good but the best were the people that work there

The lady of the hotel was very helpful. Great location.
The fact that we booked but once we arrived it looked like the hotel wss closed. Reception is only open at certain times. Had to go to the bar next door to get help. The guy there rang the hotel manager for us.

Location was great. It was 2 blocks from the Camino trail. Clean. Quiet even though it faced the Main Street in front of the hotel.

Assistance with keeping our luggage until we could check in. The breakfast was fresh, and the room was spacious and clean.

It's clean, comfortable, and the young couple who own it bend over backwards to make it a positive and pleasant experience. St Jean Pied de Port has much to offer, very glad I made it a two-night stay.
