The hotel photos are sort of deceiving. View from my room was all cargo ship containers.

Good location and facilities.

Slow check in. Staff does not speak English. breakfast hall looks very boring.

pool was lovely, great cocktails in the top bar.

smell of smoke from next room even though our room was non smoking. Staff did sort out an air purifier though when we highlighted the issue.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff is super nice.

The hotel is big to go to the fifth floor had to go to the second floor then walk down a corridor and change elevators, I got lost many times.

Room cleanliness and interior was well decorated and decent outlook. Worth the Price but breakfast presentation is relatively simple, compared to the perception of hotel. It can be improved.

Spa entrance has lock access which does not make sense. For all guest, in genera spa access is complementry so it was not important. Room had dim lights which is good for sleep but if you want to work or read, may not be very comfortable for the eyes.

The only complaint I I have is that there was no coffee in the room. other than that everything was excellent

The spa was amazing. My kids loved the outside pool. No tattoos so they provided coverups which was great. The lunch buffet was amazing! Great price for great food. We enjoyed breakfast as well.

The room we stayed in was a little small. However, we were able to see one of the rooms that were being cleaned and it was perfect size for our family for next time.

i loved the room I had but I definitely will try a suite next time. i would love a room with a small stovetop. aside from this it was comfortable and cozy. The property is beautiful although I wish breakfast stayed open until 10. the variety was great but I would recommend almond milk option because I couldn’t enjoy as much since I’m lactose intolerant. The pool was nice and my favorite activity was getting my lovely massage from Ami! It was my birthday weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it at this hotel. i wouldn’t have had it any other way.

i loved it. i just ask for more vegan style options on food but the hotel and spa was phenomenal

Close to the airport.

Pool opens late and closes early (10:00-18:00) so we couldn’t even use it for our stay. Staff gave us directions to the annex that required us to go outside of the building even if there was an indoor walkway - which we only discovered the next day. Couldn’t use the onsen because we thought there was no indoor walkway, thought we needed to go outside the annex late at night. Breakfast was also disappointing.
