The place is beautiful!
Clean, welcoming. It is located in the middle of the fields. The pool is great and everything is highly maintained.the owner is a warm and friendly person who is attentive to the visitors needs.
The shower is a bit small
The beds are not too comfortable
People who like to organise their clothes in a closet will miss one in the room.

Gorgeous property and apartment. Beautiful views to wake up to. Delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and selection of cheeses etc. Very close to Spello and Assisi. Extra nice to have pool.

Very good location, in the middle of Italian countryside: convenient road connection to Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco and even Assisi and Perugia.

Breakfast was wonderful, orange juice, coffee, home made pastries, fruit, eggs. The 10 euro/pp was definitely worth it!
The room came with a clothes washer but we needed instructions on how to use but instead she took our clothes and washed them for us. We then hung them on a drying rack located on the balcony. What a wonderful gesture on her part.
I wish I spoke some italian. We were able to communicate using language apps.

The location near Spello and Assisi is really great and the room was really nice. Compared to some farm stays, Il Barco feels a bit more like a bed and breakfast. We were expecting something a little different, since it is billed as an agriturismo. But the accomdations and breakfast are good.

Beautiful place. Great attention to detail everywhere. Rooms are very nice, exquisite bedsheets, nice furniture! Breakfast fantastic. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect! We were welcomed warmly and felt like home! The owner even prepared some homemade cakes for us and left us some eggs from the chickens in the farm next to us. Our kids (4 and 1,5 years old) were delighted by their stay, by the little playground and the chickens :). The facilities are simple but just what you need to enjoy calm and Umbria countryside. Perfectly localised to drive to most famous attractions of the region! We would just love to be back!
