Breakfast was delicious and there were many options as fresh fruit, different types of bread, muesli, yogurth, crossaints, cake, etc. The hotel is located in the middle of Geres and you can reach it by bus which was great for us, because we didn´t have a car. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

The location in the middle of the compact Geres village was excellent, close to the bus stops, restaurants, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, all facilities worked with no problem, and my room even happened to have a nice view towards the hills.

Not a big issue in light of the many advantages of this hotel, but something that would have made the stay even better is better soundproofing. The walls between mine and the neighbouring room were apparently very thin, so conversation and movements from the other room could be heard clearly, which might bother a light sleeper.

Amazing location and staff - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast went above and beyond expectations. Room very nice and clean, small but definitely spacious enough. Bathroom bigger than expected. Overall, really great stay with all of Geres (incl some of the hiking trails around) at just a few steps away

Great little hotel in the centre of town. There is garage parking 5 minutes away, which is really useful. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was very very good, with the option of expresso coffee, with a wide choice of yoghurts, buns, cake and breads, nice cheese and ham, and a great selection to make up your own muesli, as well as other cereals, and there was a good toaster. The staff were very helpful and kind, I saw one carry the tray for someone who couldn't manage it. The reception staff were very helpful, recommending restaurants and the cafeteria across the road, which is good. Also covid precautions were taken - there was hand sanitizer outside all the lift doors as well as on entering, etc. and table spacing was good. The bed was really good.

The staff was extremely friendly, you could see they really care about their guests. You'll have someone who has been living all his life in Gerês giving you really helpful tips on what to do during your stay.
