Location good, staff great, cleaners kept my room pristine condition.

The bar that's attached, was part of the place in the past but now a separate company going down hill rapid seen a big decline in the place over the years give it a miss.

Very convenient location for beach, shops and restaurants, all within a short walking distance. Room is serviced, air conditioned and staff are friendly. We have used this hotel on numerous times.

The location is good and central. But not much in La Marina.

This is the most basic of hotels. Just one up from a hostel. I had booked 12 nights but left after one night and found another hotel. There are no coffee facilities in room, Small TV mounted high on wall, only Spanish channels available. Extra charge for change of towels. Only one spare power outlet in room. No power at bedside

Convenient for me to visit friends. Central location, handy for the beach and bus stop on the door step.

Due to unexpected weather conditions my flight to Alicante was over 3 hours late leaving Gatwick Airport, eventually arrived at the hotel to find it locked and no way of contacting owners. Fortunately as I was trying to work out where I was going to be sleeping that night, someone stopped at the hotel and I managed to get registered, the gentleman did not say who he was or seemed impressed that I had arrived, bearing in mind this hotel was booked at the end of December 2022!!! They have a bar that is open very short hours and when I went to leave this morning there was no-one on site so no coffee for me this morning and no one to accept the key to my room, so I ended up returning to the room and leaving it on the bed!!! Truly not impressed particularly as I have stayed there before but sadly I think it will be deleted from my hotel list.

Large bed, large room, view, balcony. Cleanliness and efficient heating. Wi-FI good.

Room walls a little thin, so other occupants could be heard.

no staff on site- my phone was unable to call the number given, my room was cold and the heater barely worked- needed some blinds to block the sunlight- stayed one night and moved

Mid Dec temp very low but only one blanket between two beds!!!Had to push beds together to try and share blanket.

The view was superb of sunrise

Closed Mondays, restaurant closed at 4pm every day

extensive building works going on so couldn’t stay as we were in the area for a funeral - checked out immediately but still haven’t got my money back - defo won’t ever stay there - very disappointing €400 paid for no stay!!!! 🤬

close to town centre, good restaurants, beach and on a coastal bus servicet o some major towns and Alicante airport

shower head holder was snapped so had to hold the shower head the whole time

The bathroom window didn't shut , the tiles were cracked and black mould around sink and shower . We went given a option for breakfast . And no kettle in room .

The staff was okay in the evening but really brusque in the morning and not very welcoming. A guest breakfast at the restaurant could not be arranged. you could order something but prices where not on a menu, so you had to order blind, we decided to have breakfast at a baker somewhere else

Balcony was stated in room description but we didn’t have one. Better food and understanding of vegetarianism. More power sockets in room

the hotel is a hostel and can walk in of the street and pay 30 euros a night to stay so for 3 night is only 90 euros and you charge me &£275 uk pounds it was a disaster 2 single beds asked for a double bed was no sea view no view at all aprt from a big container? brick wall shaft in shower window it was really bad and I have all pics to show how I was ripped of by yourselfs and going online to show everyone how you put me there for the money totally miss sold by you
