Schöner Pool, Lage des Hotels, Eigener Hotelparkplatz.

Keine aktive Info beim Empfang zu ggf. möglicher Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs und des Pools. Nach meinem Eindruck zahlreiche wenig augebildete Hilfskräfte im Dienst. Alle wirkten durchaus freundlich aber agierten halt nicht professionell. Personalausweis wurde einbehalten, um später die Anmeldung vorzunehmen, beim auschecken erfogte aber keine aktive Rückgabe des Ausweises.... Während unseres Aufenthaltes sonst ausschließlich Hochzeitsgesellschaft im Hotel. Wir wurden daher vom Pool auf den Rasen, dann auf die Terrasse, dann in einen Bereich des Hoteleingangs gebeten.... Es wird nahezu ausschließlich italienisch gesprochen, englisch nur sehr rudimentär. Klimaanlage nach Frühstück offensichtlich zentral in allen Zimmern ausgeschaltet.

the rooms were a bit dated and the hallway lights were off until you walked through which made the place feel a bit dark. Thats the only negatives that the rooms were a bit small and dated and the lights in the hall weren't on

The staff and the flexibility

The room was not so big and a bit old style

Nice location, with great view. Tasty breakfast with I suppose some regional cheese and ham. It was very lovely breakfast room. Room was cosy and clean.

Well located and quiet

I realise times are hard but there appeared to be a lack of staff and shortcomings on maintenance. The room was very dark with one bedside lamp broken and the wall light only having one lamp working, not two. The hand basin was very slow to drain and only one small light in the bathroom.

The location is wonderfull and the service of the hotel staff is excellent!

The rooms need renovation. Staff doesn’t speak good English and a bit messy but they are friendly.
