The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Really, nothing was too much trouble. I stayed 10 days and was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel is part of a friendly village community . I stayed in the top floor studio with private terrace, kitchenette , room very comfortable and well equipped. Individual air con worked very well but I mostly preferred to keep some of the windows open for a good breeze . I liked having the choice . The room was spotlessly clean, sheets changed regularly, new towels every day. Views were astonishing from my terrace - wide ranging. Supermarket 1 min walk , plus the cozy and very popular cafeteria downstairs in the Caravansar building was used by tourists, locals and hotel guests. I would happily stay again!

First, the town is s small village, so set expectations accordingly. It's a beautiful small town. The views from the hotel are beautiful! If you are in Frigiliana (staying here or not), you must eat at their restaurant (best breakfast so far during our trip to Spain). Lola is an amazing cook! Nice AC.

Mattress was too soft and I felt like I was sinking. Internet didn't work (good excuse to disconnect, but bad if you need it).

Lola was very helpful especially as I needed to check in a day late. The rooms were so clean and authentic, great value for money.

The only downside is as I needed an iron for my wedding guest dress and they did not have one so I had to travel to a friends apartment

Room was excellent, beautifully decorated and the fit-out was perfect. The bathroom was excellent too. The location of the hotel is very central in Frigliana.

The room was facing a road which was a bit noisy the first night, as I had the balcony door open. On the second night I closed that door and heard nothing at all.

Greeted by a lovely lady who showed us to our room. We Loved the private terrace, kitchenette well equipped, very clean and the bed was so comfy. Location good, close enough to the bars and restaurants but in a quiet area, so peaceful. The view from our terrace was super.

Excellent location. Shabby but clean room. Good variety of breakfast options. Nice staff.

The breakfast cafe opened at 9 am. A big fuss when paying the breakfast with a card ( didn't have cash with me one morning). I had to go from the cafe to the reception to pay my breakfast with card. Lack of toilet paper (they didn't fill it while cleaning the room).

Felt clean and safe and it was a good location in the village, close to bars and central tourist area as well as a handy mercado up the road! Able to check in and out easily. Good communication on the app. Nice hot shower! good air conditioning.

Hosts did not speak English and were strange about me seeing the breakfast menu when I arrived... didn’t get to experience breakfast as I was leaving early for a days hiking, but it was not included - which was another down-side compared to other places I’ve stayed in my trip. Lots of noise at night, though it was a Saturday! No communal area/facilities for making hot drinks etc.
