The beds were nice, the location is too far from the city center

The breakfast was not ok, moldy bread, jug with orange juice empty, no employee to add the breakfast which was located in the fridge. We had to pour coffee ourselves and start by fetching the water for the toilet. There was a plastic tray on the floor where we were supposed to put dirty dishes. Do not recommend this breakfast. We stayed there for 4 nights and got new towels after the first night, no more. There could be refrigerators for guests.

Location. wonderful place and near to the city.

The room doors were very noisy and isolation was not good. You can hear every step and door punch in the corridors. Breakfast was poor and no real coffee. only Nescafé was served. There is place for improvement when you stay on such a nice place.

It was not what we expected and that was half our fault as it was a hotel/vandrarhem, which we did not appreciate not understand it was not a hotel. No staff was on duty when we arrived and we were the only guests. Nor was the parking lot lit so we could find it. Without GPS it would be almost impossible to find the hotel.

Beds very uncomfortable and so were the pillows, woke up every day with soar neck. Only got one towel for 5 nights and had to ask and pay for a clean one. They did not clean the room, only made the bed. We had rubbish on the floor for 5 nights. Breakfast room was too small.

When we booked this hotel via Booking.com, it's website gave us two options: 1 pay at reception when check in, price is 950 kr per day, 2 pay by credit card immediately (provide the 3 digits on the back side), price will be lower (in memory was 850 kr per day. We selected the second one, however, the system showed us our payment was 950 kr per day and already paid. Many weeks later as we met the staff of this hotel for check in, we asked them why the above mentioned situation happened? They insisted in that the hotel does not know what happened, and "it should be some problem of Booking.com". Another bad experience with this hotel is that when we reached this hotel at about 2pm, there was no staff in. Some guest help us called them, then we got in the hotel and our room, only on the next day, we had chance to check in and asked them regarding the two options issue.
