Cute attic studio, small but light, well decorated and comfortable just outside the old quarter with great views of the Sierra from the terrace. Little kitchen and dining area very useful. Powerful shower and air conditioning. Very reasonable price for such a quality let.

Wasn’t wild about the online check in. Couldn’t get in the main street door, as we didn’t have a key..then our flat door wouldn’t open. Although the phone contact sorted the problem digitally very quickly. But missed having a physical person to relate to.. also no confirmation of payment was sent.

Super great location, with and excellent view of the city, a large comfortable terrace...

Comfortable bed and good shower. Good to be able to self-cater.

Access to the property was a frustrating process which took hours to finally complete as it was all done remotely.

We stayed in two of three apartments. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The top floor was marvelous. Huge! Beautiful patio opening to the plaza. Fantastic view from the rooms. The apartment has everything you need. Parking was convenient, but pricey. Typical for Spain. The first floor apartment was similar and just as nice but closer to the next door club noise. You can close all the windows and use the AC to mitigate the club noise. Alex was extremely helpful. He sent all the necessary guidance with photos to find and get in the property. Very easy.

It’s more expensive than we normally pay, but it is very nice and in the great city of Salamanca.

Manager was irresponsible. Didnt fix wifi issue.

A perfect place to stay in this beautiful Renacestist city. You may walk, sky (some miles away from this apartment), enjoy good traditional Castillian dishes and breathe air from the mountains.

I missed a hair dryer as well as some city guide.

Check in via internet did not work, no personal assistance on site
