The house was absolutely fantastic! Lovely view from the terrace, lots of space both outside and inside, short distance to cozy Sitges (we took the bus which has a stop a few meters from the house). We spent many hours in the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not want to leave, so hopefully we will be back asap.

The awesome villa with inspiring design features was the perfect accommodation for an intergenerational get together. Most memorable was the delightful pool, edged with trees and the outdoor terrace which afforded panoramic views of Sitges. The joyful villa was the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday.

After a twelve year gap of holidaying in Sitges we returned and made the decision in this lovely villa instead of a hotel. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in this fantastic villa which has an amazing view over the whole of Sitges. The pool was fantastic and the villa contained everything you would need for a perfect stay. The owner Monique always answered any questions quickly and the local point of contact Madelene was available for any problems or questions during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble. The villa had plenty of space over 3 levels and was spotlessly clean. The villa is walkable into town about 25 minutes but probably a taxi back! Would definitely recommend for a beautiful stay and hope to return one day.

Very nice, good location

Stayed for a short break. Beautiful villa, accurately represented by pictures. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and housekeeper was very helpful. We didn’t take a car but it was easy to get around using bus or taxi. We did walk down into Sitges but not back as uphill all the way but did make for excellent views.

Monique's home is absolutely stunning...from the views, to the property and landscaping to the tastefully decorated interior. This home is everything that is promised and more, close to all amenities including restaurants, grocery and of course the beach. Most of all we felt welcome and were extremely comfortable, as if we were in our own home. Madeline lives locally and was very flexible to assist us with our late arrival, she is absolutely delightful!

We visited for a short October Half Term break with the kids. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed (Even the weather). Lots of space, amazing views and a pool to die for. Madelene who met us at the property was super helpful and also provided us with some top restaurant reccomendations. We will definitely visit again *****

We are used to spend our holidays in Hotels but we found this beautiful property and booked it for one week. It was the best idea ever pure luxury, private pool, dream terrace with spectacular surrounding view over Sitges and the Sea, big kitchen, private garage. Local support is excellent we missed nothing. Thx a million Monique and Madelene.

We passed a wonderful week in Sitges. The villa was spectacular!!! What a view!!!! We were 6 adults staying at the villa and there was tons of room. Communication with Monique and Madelene was easy and Madelene was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We didn’t have a car which wasn’t a problem. We walked into town every day and would take a taxi back to the villa. We truly had a wonderful week and would definitely rent the villa again when we come back to Sitges.

We had a lovely week with 3 kids from 11-15. Who basically just loved the pool and the fact their rooms were just steps away. Check in was fast and easy and all information we needed during the week was easily communicated via whatsapp. Only comment would be, if you need a taxi on a Saturday or Sunday, you need to book it. Great villa & so peaceful too.

This was booked prior to Covid 19 hitting the world where Monique helped us to jiggle and move the dates without any issues. We were met at the property by Madelene who is a joy to meet who oozes positivity and helpfulness ... I now know pim pam. The villa is better than the pictures show. Three double bedrooms on the pool level floor all of similar size so nobody had a bad room. Master bedroom on the middle level is huge and also has a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was perfect from start to finish even including Madelene jumping into the road as we left to stop the local bus for us all to head off home. Would recommend this home to everyone .. thank you 😊

We had high expectations for this property given all of the great reviews and they actually were exceeded! The place is fantastic. Lots of space for our family of 5. Pool was fantastic and the 4 bedrooms are huge. Kids loved having their own bedroom as there are 3 off the pool level. Anton/Magdelena were both great in terms of meeting us and making sure we were ok. Monique called as well to help us when it was needed. The view is beyond description high up on the hill. It is walkable into town or via metro, if required. We drove into town each day but everything is close enough. The only thing missing was a cafe/bakery next door to grab a morning coffee and pastry. Oh well, can’t have everything. The only thing that may intimidate someone is all the devices for awnings, gates and windows but easy to figure them out once you look at handy manual. Felt safe and comfortable during our whole stay. Would loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for having for having us.

Monique’s property exceeded all expectations! The view was beyond words. The house was sparkling clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. And the location was super close to town, but far enough to be peaceful and serene. We’ll definitely be back!

Six family members stayed at this house for 9 days. We never felt crowded and even had a fourth bedroom we didn’t use. The pool was clean and easily accessed from the three downstairs bedrooms. We cooked at the house and found all the utensils we used in our own home. Madeline (property manager) greeted us when we arrived and was available throughout our stay to answer questions or give suggestions about Barcelona and Sitges. We would definitely stay at this house again. We were so busy so we didn’t get much time to enjoy the pool but definitely a comfortable home away from home. A bus stop is a short distance from the house and is only 1,50 euros to get to downtown Sitges.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, the views are incredible, the pool was amazing, the house has everything you need for a luxurious stay in sitges. It is quite a walk back up to the house from Sitges centre, but you can usually hail a taxi or call one.

All the rooms are huge, plenty of space for everyone and great to have the option of dining inside and out on the terrace, both having a perfect sea view. The bedrooms are really comfortable and the air con works well all round the house. It was great also to have four bathrooms between 7 of us, on all three levels of the house. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and make any meal you want, loads of fridge space, crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Also we used to outdoor gas bbq a few times, so easy and quick. The place is very secure with an automatic gate so you don’t even have to park on the road if you don’t want to. Only a five minute drive to town, or to a big Carrefour supermarket. Walk to town/beach is about 20 mins downhill... and about 10-15 euro for a taxi back up! The pool and outdoor area is outstanding, really could not be improved. Plenty of lounge space in the sun or shade around the pool - very peaceful and private. The whole place is spotlessly clean inside and out, and the linens/towels provided too. Also there’s a laundry room if you need to wash things yourself. Monique is extremely easy to communicate with for booking and queries. When you arrive, Madelene is on hand to show you around and explain everything. She’s really friendly and helpful. We had a couple of problems with the pool and the electrics during our stay, and each time she was straight back in contact with us doing everything possible to fix the problem ASAP. Overall, I highly recommend this villa and Sitges - I hope to return one day.

We spent a late summer break on the property. The house is fantastic, it really outstripped our expectations! It’s nice to stay in a house where you can see that the owner has paid so much attention to the details. Secure parking, well equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area with a fantastic view, spectacular architecture and interior design. The pool area was excellent and a wonderful place to start the day, with a nice lounge area in the evenings. Its high standard and quality all the way. Sitges downtown is in the immediate vicinity and its easy and convenient travelling to Barcelona by train and bus. In general we had a wonderful time, and we hope we can return to this beautiful house!

We spent 5 happy days in this gorgeous villa! It was perfect fit for our family of 8. Modern, stylish, comfortable with great accents and interesting details. it was enough space for everyone! First: location! Great views ,beautiful area! Easy access to everywhere. Kitchen has everything you would need and more;o) We loved the pool, huge and refreshing! Cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds ! Great dining area and living room is just my favorite!!! I wish we had more time!!! We are very grateful to Madelyn for being so friendly and helpful! You made our vacation unforgetable !

Having spent a wonderful week here in 2015 (you’ll find our review further down the page), we returned to this villa earlier this month. It was as lovely as we remembered and we received a great welcome from Madelene. The building work mentioned in another review has been completed and the presence of another villa next door has in no way compromised the privacy of this one – it is very well screened around the pool area. The villa was immaculate inside and out – it has one of the cleanest pools we have ever been in. Sitges is a lovely town – friendly with great places to eat, drink and dance! We really hope to come back again soon.

We had a great 2 weeks stay in the house, first with some friends, and last week with Family, and we really enjoyed it. We had planed to drive around to other locations, but ended mostly up staying in this fantastic house, cooked our own meal, and had breakfast and lunch at the terrace. Enjoyed the sun at the pool, and had our afternoon GT in the sofa close to the pool. Sitges is a nice town with good shops, nice restaurants and some good beaches also. And we would like to thank Monique and Madelene for your help and for allowing us to get the keys earlier and to be able stay some hours more the last day, before going back to the cold North. Just returned from a 3 week vacation in Spain. Our first week was in Bilbao and San Sebastián. Second week was in Sitges and the final week in Madrid. There were 8 of us traveling together (2 families, 4 adults and 4 teenage girls). This was definitely the best equipped rental we had while in Spain. When we arrived, we were greeted by Madeleine, who looks after the property and showed us around, gave us instructions on how to use everything and said to call her if we had any questions or concerns. She was very helpful. We had rented a car and there is room on the driveway in front of the garage to park, which was nice, so no need to park on the street and car was safe and protected behind the powered gate. It was nice to have the car to get groceries, and drive into downtown Sitges. All the beds were very comfortable and all rooms had their own air conditioning units. The kitchen is very well equipped for a rental property. Lots of dishes, pots, pans and spices, tea, etc. We spent every day away from the house, either in Barcelona or in Sitges. But it was always a wonderful treat to come back to the house and go for a swim in the beautiful pool. The previous review mentioned wildlife in the pool? The odd bird would fly and land on the edge of the pool, and easily shooed away. We were pleasantly surprised that no birds ever came on the upper deck or on any of the patio furniture while we were eating outside. The neighbors cat would come and visit once in awhile, which our teen girls loved. The pool was very clean and well maintained. As for location, it is a bit of a hike to town. Easy to walk down but a challenge to walk up at the end of the day. We would either take our car and park down at the edge of town for free or walk down and take a taxi back up. (6 euros). To get to Barcelona, it would take about a half hour to walk to the train station from the house and the train is about 30-45 min, depending on number of stops. We didn't spend as much time as we had wanted in Barcelona, because of the time it takes to travel back and forth, but the comfort of the home was so nice that we actually ended up wanting to spend more time by the pool at the house. Sitges was a very quaint little town with some great restaurants (our favorite was Nems in old town). We do wish we had more time to spend in Sitges to enjoy more of the area. Would definitely rent this house again.

The photos do accurately represent the look of the place but the experience we had staying there was quite different to all the previous reviews. Sitges itself was dirty, graffitied, with sellers of knock-off goods crammed in along the beach, only one building of architectural interest (church) and random pools of blood on the pavements! A really dodgy place to be. The house itself is in good condition but all the utensils, crockery and glasses needed either a thoroughly good clean or were chipped, cracked, burnt, and just needed a wholesale replacement. The dishwasher itself was dirty and I had to clean out the filter and run it through empty a few times before it would actually clean anything. Even the bath had obvious dirt in it and we didn't want to use it. The pool table was damaged and unusable, there were lots of playstation 2 games but nothing to play them on and the WiFi was useless. The interior may be modern and tasteful but that is at the expense of being comfortable. The sofas stank, like wet dog, I couldn't sit on them they were that bad and my partner said when he sat on them dirt got stuck to his skin! The rest of the seating indoors is all hard plastic and very uncomfortable so the only place I could sit comfortably in the house all week was on a bed! All the floors were also dirty. The swimming pool looks lovely but the local wildlife use it as a bath which means it's dirty too. The time spent by the pool was severely marred by the construction work going on next door. The photos show a thick, green hedge between the house and the neighbours but in fact it is currently some dead brown leaves attached to a spindly stick fence that you can quite easily see through. The workmen started at 8am and finished at 8pm every weekday and had a generator on for that whole period. They used circular saws out in the garden, drills and hammers and there was a fairly constant stream of dust and debris that blew across into our pool. They shouted out to each other all day and blared their radio too. If I did decide to stick it out and put up with the noise and dust, the men would choose that time to smoke and watch me sunbathe. With all of that going on outside, it was not comfortable anywhere at the property. I was surprised and disappointed by the fact that the owner had rented us the property knowing that there was construction work going on next door and had deliberately withheld this information. Upon complaint, she gave us 10% back. Beware!

My family stayed here for a week, Sitges is a great place, the house is a 15 min walk into town. The house is incredible and has everything that you need. Unfortunately too cold to use the pool in April which was a shame, but great to sit outside either on the upstairs over looking the town and see or by the pool. We would really recommend

Me and my wife along with three other couples spent a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The house was located up on a hill overlooking the town of Sitges and the Mediterranean. The rooms are spacious and the design of the house is excellent. It is a modern layout with soaring ceiling and huge glass windows that let in tons of light. There is a great pool that we were able to swim in even late in the season (early October). The house is about 1.5 miles from the downtown area, so it took about 20-25 minutes to walk to the restaurants and the beach that is located right in town. There is a bus that runs every thirty minutes that I would recommend using. There are plenty of taxis in town to bring you back up the hill at the end of the evening if you don't feel up the walk. We had no issues while staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a house to rent for a vacation with some other friends.
