La atencion del personal es excelente. Es limpio, la pileta y circuito de duchas es fantástico. Desayuno abundante

The pool and the spa are amazing. The masseuse are just incredible! The waitresses are very nice.
The wifi is the worst. Sometimes you cannot even send or read emails.
Some of the staff members at the reception are kind of rude.

Spa and swimming pool were very clean and we were provided with fresh towels every days.
The spa facilities were fantastic.
Restaurant served delicious food and really accommodated our requests.
The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff, dinner and breakfast: all of them were excellent.
No tv signal at night due to strong winds. WiFi signal got only to the entrance of the room (room 9), not to the beds. For a 4-star hotel that is not acceptable. Expensive for what it actually is.

The hotel rate. They charge us a 21% VAT tax as if we were foreigners, since we are nationals, so the tariff we agreed finally become to be 21% more than the one paid for the other guests, just because we made our reservations through booking instead of doing directly with them. That was the explanation the hotel manager gave to us, as we complaint the different rate applied to guests, that seems to me absolutely unfair, but since the hotel was complete I had to pay it if I wanted to stay there, so I did it.
