Lovely hotel, really nice breakfast overlooking the lake :-) Location could not have been better! Nice modern room, ours was a junior suite so the size was good. Although very expensive in comparison to other places we have stayed, we were happy with everything so no complaints! The staff in particular are a huge asset to this hotel.

Nothing we didn't like, we just wouldn't have described the room as a "junior suite" it was more of a spacious room.

Location was perfect ,just a short walk to the centre of the town.Room was spotless ,with a very comfortable bed. Views were incredible from our room. Staff go out of their way to help.

Honestly missed a kettle in my room ,must be an English thing!

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very pleasant. The room was quite compact but the shower was great and the hotel is in a very central location.

Unfortunately, no english speaking channels working due to poor weather and our new toilet leaked a bit when flushed . Also the description of the room indicated a private terrace, in fact it was a small bit of a terrace which had a roped off section and the rest was open to other occupants. Fortunately, not busy so not an issue but worth making this clearer to avoid disappointment.

Probably the best lake view you can get on Garda Lake area, as this hotel is just on the brink of the waterline, A small pontoon with sunbeds accessible to all hotel guests. Restaurant is also overlooking the lake, so breakfast experience is also uplifted, really unique. We booked a junior suite with mountain view, however we were upgraded to a standard room with lake view. The room itself is quite small, but the view was indeed spectacular. Good quality materials & design, comfortable bed. Breakfast very tasty, with good variety and delicious croissants.

Felt quite weird at the check out when they asked us to wait until they check the room. Never happened to us in a long time, left a bitter taste. Hope they stop this practice, we chose not to ruin their rating for this. Shower had a draining issue, assume it is just wear and tear at the end of season, anyhow not something we could not manage.

Everything! Jasmine and all staff went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. The hotel is in a great position to explore local towns; the breakfast and evening dinner is exceptional and enjoying drinks on the terrace was a highlight.

Amazing location, a 2 minute walk into town but also right on the lake. Beautiful hotel with great facilities, the decking and garden are perfect for relaxing. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel with great public areas to enjoy the lake. The staff were especially helpful and made my stay very special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was really good and also the location of the hotel is fantastic. The terrace is beautiful and really good to relax.

Parking situation and parking recommendation is really poor! The hotel staff gave me recommendation to park where the next day my car got towed away and I had to pay a €160 fine. There was no willingness of the hotel to pay at least a drink of apologize properly.

Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was amazing, beautiful view from the rooms, quiet relaxing atmosphere even though the ferry, bars and restaurants were just a few steps away. Breakfast was delicious with a perfect lake view. Definitely coming back.

Perfect Stay in Malcesine, I guess there os not better Hotel there. The Hotel is locaated in the very Cenetr of the City, with a private beach and lake access as well as a pool in front of the lake. The hotel and our room were super clean and the stuff extremely freindly and helpful. Also the breakfast was great, especially the view you have at the lake while drinking your morning coffee. You can easly order drinks to the beach or pool and prices are really fine! We had a perfect stay and will definetly come back!
