Staff lovely, rooms comfortable with all you needed, great food

Cleaners very loud early in the morning, hard to find any loungers once half term started as everyone reserving loungers when not even there. Also didnt expect the suites with private pools to have other rooms above.

we went at the beginning of May so the pools were a little bit too cold. naturally they’ll warm up through summer but if they could have heated them by just a couple of degrees it would have been more pleasant using them

The interior of our delux pool access room was well designed, clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.

2 or 3 sentences are not enough.... So it will be bullet points !! Expensive, cold food, lack of food, no thought for adults without children, queues for restaurants due to lack of staff, discrimination against guests staying for less than a week.

The water park was amazing, the stuff welcoming and nice. Big place but you can find everything quickly. there are many pools that you can look for.

Although the staff made an effort and were very pleasant, note that there are not many vegan options. Therefore, dishes had to be specially prepared for us at almost every meal. We were there for a week and there was hardly any vegan food on offer.

I have mixed feelings, but overall I would recommend the hotel and might be back some day. Some good things - the water park is really great, especially for kids above 5. Lots of swimming pools, and smaller kids area. The food is above average relative to a hotel buffet. Conviniently located 20 minutes from the airport. Staff was very nice, besides one incident. Kids activities were nice for kids 4 and up.

Mainly there was an issue with the check in - we ordered a more expensive family room with sea view, but were "upgraded" to a smaller room without sea view. After seeing the new room we insisted to move, and then they told us is it's because the family room is very noisy at night. We moved none the less since at this point we weren't sure what was the truth, and indeed it was very noisy, even with fireworks above the room. So to summarize, stay away from those rooms, and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt of bad communication - and would suggest to simply stop allowing to reserve those rooms, or at least not make them more expensive. Another downside is that the beach is not so inviting. Other than that - not that many things for our 3 year old to do. Overall, I would recommend coming here with kids aged 5-12, choosing rooms in the main area not next to the beach or the water park, and preferably earlier in the season when the water in pools is not so cold.

The place is amazing. Everything is thought through. The water park is world class quality by itself. The variety of kids and evening activities is Great! Really an ultimate family vacation!

The Enso asian restaurant was below average.

Facilities and dining were exceptional a lovely hotel plenty to keep you entertained and we enjoyed every minute of our stay

We certainly had an amazing time in Stella Palace. As soon as we got there, the staff was lovely and as we arrived late night, the restaurants were already closed, so they provided us some snacks in our room… Amazing pools and activities to get involved there specially for children, which is awesome for a family with kids!! Food and bar was 10/10, the staff at Poseidon works very hard to attend the high demand and are very polite and attentive, always serving you with a smile on the face. Outdoor gym I loved, well equipped and beautiful. The waterpark is extraordinary, we spent a lot of time there having fun. The accommodations are really great and clean (we stayed in a family suite with pool view). We highly recommend and definitely want to come back!!

The mattress is very hard, which made it a quite difficult for me to sleep. The beach we didn’t like it, despite that, the resort offered so much to do that we didn’t even want to go to the beach.

We booked a room with a private pool which was lovely, as meant we didn’t have to try and find a space round the main pools (lots of sun beds for reserved early on despite signs saying not too). The food served in the buffet restaurants was lovely and the cocktails at every bar were great. the water park was also much better than expected!

It sometimes took a while for servers to offer drinks at the buffet restaurants and you couldn’t get any yourself. We’d often nearly finished breakfast before being offered a coffee. We found this was worse at the Poseidon buffet (which was always so busy), so we took to eating at the Eila buffet most meal times (Greek food and a lot quieter).

Stella Palace is magnificent. We were on our honeymoon and offered a free upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. The room was very comfortable, the bed very big, the shower was very big, and the decoration was exquisite. The whole staff was incredible, special thanks to the Head of FnB Operations, the head of restaurants, and the Captains of each restaurant. The staff was very polite. They easily accommodated my gluten-free diet, considering that each plate had signed with the allergy ingredients. The pools were very clean, as well as the water park. The gym was well equipped. All the restaurants were extraordinary, as well as the bars. Highly recommended.

Better direction provision on where to park when arriving by car.

We stayed in deluxe room with pool access .. the room very comfortable the outside pool very clean and relaxing pool . I would recommend the room for everyone

Although we enjoyed our stay .. there was few negative points . The service is not good at all . In the buffet .. in the bar .. the reciption .. room service . Food .. everyday they have the same food in the lunch and dinner . There is no variety of food . The food in the snack bar not delicious . Its not worth the price we payed . The waterpark is big .. but not clean!!!

The staff and service was 11/10 the water slide park was fun the daily activities which I’d not normally get involved with were great I’d normally find something to complain about but there was little to complain about I’d 100% go back again - that says a lot as I’m very hard to please

was a big plus that the property have store inside in case you need anything last minute

for some reason we got our room “changed” to a different one that we book, I guess was supposed to be better. half of the pools weren’t working due to cleaning for our whole stay and the smell was strong. some of the bars were closed too. so the ones that were open were crowded. the times for attention were wrong in the app, some of them close way earlier. our room floated and I fell due to the water next to the bed, we text the service and also I went to talk to reception they did not offer any aid when I told them I rolled over my feet, so I was limping with my ankle swollen since day one. Every time we use the shower/bath maintenance came and “fixed” it just keep happening every single time, we just keep putting towels and blanket to absorb the water. they did not offer to change our room and just keep saying “maintenance will fixed”. they came the very first time and that’s it. the rest of the days was no response. when we called for concierge to help us with the bags for check out, never came.
